Came and had lunch on Wednesday 10/30 at noon. Place was empty. No biggie. Hostess was super welcoming. Sat at the bar. Bartender acted as if me being the only bar patron was an inconvenience. Ordered the sangria. Very tasty. Got the salmon carpaccio. No flavor at all. Tasted of salmon and olive oil. The little amount of dill did not add to it. Do not recommend. Got the steak frites. It was good, would definitely order again. All in all an $80 lunch was not worth it. Go to Mr. Charles, or Green Point or even chuys if they are still open. Shame to see Bruno Davilion's name attached to this place.

I'm always surprised that this place is NEVER busy. Solid food at a decent price point, lovely atmosphere, good service. I just do not understand. Go try it out! You're almost guaranteed to be able to get a walk-in table.

It’s great to have a legitimate French bistro in the area. The Cajun chicken salad and burger are perfect options for lunch depending on how hungry you feel. I’ve always had excellent service. The atmosphere feels bright and elevated.

Food tasted great, service was on point , but a little of a wait, ambiance was wonderful and full of life. I had a fairly juicy knox burger while my date had a salmon fish meddley that was unique and delicious and very fun. Worth going since the restaurant is definitely a must try. Now the Valet service was a 0 star because they ran out of parking and too many people wanted to park in a high traffic area, so they decided to have people find parking themselves and not do valet. So they defeated the whole point of valet service by refusing to work during a busy time. Ridiculous how they dont want to do their job and costing these restaurants their business by turning people away before they even get there.
Parking: Valet does not want to work when it gets busy and parking is hard to find. Yes so they just want to park your car when it is convenient to do so and tell people to park themselves.

I’ve dined at many high-end restaurants in Dallas and have never encountered one that charges a 3% credit card fee. That seems like a California thing, not Texas. As a restaurant making money, why charge an extra 3% when your food is already overpriced?

Additionally, for a place that is in a high end area, charging your customers a credit card fee is distasteful.
