I was very disappointed in my experience here especially due to all of the praise I heard through Michelin. My boyfriend and I dined here tonight for our anniversary dinner. This was on a Monday night and the place was almost empty. Despite the lack of people at the restaurant, it felt as if we were invisible. What I thought would be a special night quickly turned into frustration. I don’t know if it was the fact that we are a couple that appears on the younger side but our waiter made no effort to make our experience anything worth bragging about. We were rarely checked up on. Was not given the bread refill that was offered. When my boyfriend was served his meal, the server spilled a portion of his fries onto the table and didn’t acknowledge it or make any efforts to clean it up. The paper on the table felt like burden and got in the way. This may sound picky but when you’re paying a steep price especially for a special occasion it’s something worth alerting others on thinking twice about dining here. I never leave reviews but considering how poorly our experience was, I felt the need to write a review.

I have been here some three to five times now and there’s a reason I find myself going back, and that’s not just because I live right by it. I’ve tried several items on the menu and all are great but the atmosphere of the restaraunt is probably the thing that most keeps me coming back. Slightly pricey but average for the area. Solid choice for a date night, to bring your parents to, or have dinner with friends

The food was truly delicious, but the tables are like a traditional French Bistro- a bit closer to my neighbor than I prefer. The service was less spot on than I thought it should be for the price.

What a find! Stopped in and ended up having one of the best meals I’ve had in Dallas in a long time. Chef Armand and Andres were incredible - welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly love what they do.
We ordered the pain au chocolat, the biscuit, the burger, and the Salmon Gravlax Benedict. You can really taste the care and creativity behind each dish. The food tasted rich, unique, and perfectly balanced. With the addition of an elevated atmosphere, it made a rainy Saturday morning in Dallas feel like we were in Europe.
The food, service, and overall vibe are all top-notch, and the prices are super fair for the quality you get. Huge shoutout to Chef Armand! You can tell he’s doing something special here. Definitely adding this to my go-to list in Dallas.

Stopped by and ended up having one of the best meals I’ve had in Dallas in a while. The service was seriously top tier, huge thanks to Andres and Armand for being incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us great chef recommendations right at the table, and you could tell they really cared about the food and the experience.
We tried the pain au chocolat, their housemade buttermilk biscuit, the hamburger, and the Salmon Gravlax Benedict and every single dish was above expectations. You can tell there’s real attention to quality and detail in the kitchen.
The standout for me was honestly the sauces. Every plate had something unique going on and the flavors were rich, balanced, and just brought everything together. They don’t phone anything in here.
For the level of service and the quality of food, the prices are more than fair. I’ve paid more for meals that didn’t come close.
Definitely making this one of my go-to spots moving forward.

Visited yesterday with my husband, I really like french food and was looking forward to this place since it is Michelin recommended.
The escargot, it was the most flavorless escargot I've ever had at fine dining, the duck confit was OK and lacking a wow factor, afterthought is non-existent; the prime rib was cooked well and tender but was lacking juice- the sauce that came with it helped it a lot but still fell short by a lot-
Unfortunately, I will not return next time I'm visiting Dallas.

Went here on a random Sunday night. Fantastic food and service. A traditional French experience in the heart of Dallas.
Knox is so cool!!! Great atmosphere with some fun outside table views as well. The staff was so nice, helpful, attentive and truly really charming!! Met some friends there for brunch and we all enjoyed our time together and the delicious food !! Would highly recommend this bistro!!!

Visited Knox Bistro for the first time last week and was delighted by the excellent quality of the food and the very friendly service. Great location in the fashionable Knox Henderson district. I was expecting something more casual and was very happy with the classy decor / ambiance. I had the steak frites -- excellent cut of meat prepared perfectly. Nice wine list with good options by the glass (even a white burgundy and a nice bordeaux). The manager and the server were very friendly. One of the better restaurants in Dallas IMHO.
