If this is Liv & Addy's Donut Shop, this is for you... I did an ubereats order about an hour ago and first off I'm missing my chocolate dipping sauce for my donuts and my 2 juices. Second Everything i ate tasted like pizza. I did not want pizza! I ordered the breakfast taco and 2 breakfast bowls and could not finish none of it because of the pizza taste being so overbearing in taste. I dont know if it was the cheese or what but thats not the breakfast i was looking for. Waste of $40!!!

The donuts are delicious. But, the few times I've ordered the Trolley Car it did not have any filling. Is the menu wrong?

We recently visited Urban Donuts and ordered six donuts along with a biscuit and gravy. After tipping, our total came to around $35. The lady at the front was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and even pet-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and appreciated during our visit.
However, unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. The donuts and cinnamon rolls seemed to have been reheated in a microwave, resulting in a lack of freshness and a somewhat disappointing taste experience. Given that we waited about half an hour for our order—hoping for a quick stop—the delay was a bit frustrating, especially since the pastries appeared to be warmed rather than freshly baked.
Overall, while the staff was friendly and inviting, the product itself fell short of what we hoped for. It’s a place with potential, but there’s room for improvement in freshness and speed of service.

I went in for done donuts and I got 3 donuts . The first one was I want smore , Cookiedough monster , and Mckillian street . I also got a coffee , Dr Pepper , and crossiant like item . The workers were very nice and my freshly made donuts were made pretty fast and darn well . The donuts themselves and light and fluffy but sweet. 10/10 would go to again.

Food is great but flies were all over the donuts when we went in there. They have the best kolache in Dallas and the donuts are good even if they’re way overpriced but when we went in most recently there was flies landing on all the donuts laid out on the counter and the staff either didn’t care or notice.

First timer here! Breakfast tacos, kolaches and donuts were delicious! I just wish there was more seating outside to enjoy the food! Other than that staff was wonderful and food was so good.
