On 09/18/2025, I had a very concerning experience at this restaurant. I called in to place an order but was left on hold for 25 minutes. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, I was still on hold. When I approached the counter, the staff member didn’t greet me and instead spent several minutes moving things around before finally acknowledging me. When she did take my order, I noticed something that made me uncomfortable—she placed my credit card directly on top of her cell phone while completing the transaction at the register. Immediately after, she began speaking into the phone. Because of this, I’ve had to keep my debit card locked and monitor my account closely, worried that my card information may have been compromised. This situation raises serious concerns about professionalism and security, and I strongly urge management to look into it.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This beef in the beef and broccoli is that you would find in dog food. I asked to exchange my plate and they refused so I am forced to share my experience. The egg roll taste frozen and and my wife said her fried rice tasted like microwave rice.

You don't come here for service and atmosphere lol the food is good, inexpensive, and quick. I ordered combination fried rice, orange chicken dinner with white rice, and 3 egg rolls. Good stuff, and my 5yr old loved it.

I order from Uber eat. I usually look at reviews on Google before I order this time I forgot. The food was NOT GOOD.
THE EGGROLL had cinnamon flavor i thought I was tripping until I read one of the Reviews on here saying they itasted it.
I got the bundle combination beef chow mein. Didnt have any flavor. Which is suppose to have noodle it didnt. Rice was good, sweet and sour chicken was good. Cheese cake was ok. The crab ragon was good inside but the outside was so hard to eat. The soup had dumplings inside which tasted like soggy Previoli with no flavor. Basically, this food is discussing, it does not deserve the reviews it has on Uber Eats. This is just a reminder for people that use uber east to double check on google for reviews

What are supposed to do when you tell the manager/owner that one of the entrees you ordered ($32 worth of food) was not enjoyable because the Beef in the beef and Peppers was very chewy and tough?
She said this is the kind of Beef they use....the meal was barely eaten.
I said I understand if that is what you use, but I could not eat it!!!
She gave no apology and offered no replacement. You pay $10.00 for an entree and the owner doesn't even offer an egg roll to have a returning customer and good review.

Came into this place at 130 pm ordered shizuhen chicken asked if it had bell peppers no where ANYWHERE DOES IT SAYS THIS DISH IS MADE WITH PEANUTS SIMILAR TO KUNG PAO CHICKEN NO WHERE IS THERE SIGNAGE DISHES ARE MADE WITH PEANUTS THE YOUNG WAITRESS WAS OFFENSLY RUDE FIRST TIME LAST TIME Multiple complaints against THIS CASHIER SHE OBVIOUSLY DOENT NEED TO WORK THERE

The lady was on her personal phone paying a bill or something and I waited 5 min till she took my order, food was absolutely TERRIBLE. That’s why there is no one there. Food quality out the door - bad bad - just bad

Just ordered from there,Food is ok..but a one star for customer service..The cashier is rude with no customer service skills!
I always buy food here and the service is always outstanding, until today around evening, I had the worst service experience by the cashier. Not only did she not great Me when I walked in but also spoke to ke very rudely. As well as throwing the receipt for me to sign. Another costumer witnessed the horrible service that was given to me. Truly a sad situation, hopefully the OWNER sees this message so that the necessary actions can be taken. Food is 10/10
The meals are supposed to come with the egg roll or a fortune cookie and I never get you the one every time I go
Sesame chicken dinner was good, sweet and sour chicken was good and crunchy but the sauce was a no for me, combination fried rice was crunchy and the shrimp were so small, it didn't look like the picture! Egg rolls had a cinnamon taste, it wasn't for us. In total I spent $47.
Great food! Will definitely order from here again!
