I ordered a gender reveal cake from Val’s and it was perfect—even better than I could have imagined! It was so creative, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious. The flavor was incredible—creamy, not too sweet, just amazing. 10/10! Worth every penny. The customer service was also top-notch—you can tell they truly care about their customers. I’m so grateful for the care and detail they put into making our celebration so special!

Val is super talented and very kind. You can tell through his work that attention to detail is top priority. We ordered strawberry crunch cheesecake for a birthday and it was a hit! He even made it extra special with an additional slice on top! It was absolutely delicious, creamy and had strawberry jam hidden throughout. My fiancé loved it so much he had 3 slices back to back. Will definitely be ordering again!

Omg! I came on after Val’s instagram page was offering a space 2 slices for 15 . The flavors were peach cobbler and apple pie and omg just get here here! The spice was just right and the cakes were not overly sweet and prepared to perfection. Parking was easy and the staff were supper nice. The bakery also has a nice ambiance if you would like to stay and enjoy your cake! You will not regret breaking your diet for it lol.

my boyfriend & i took a cheesecake making class with Val to celebrate our 2 year anniversary & we had such a beautiful experience! the class was such a fun + engaging experience, Val’s bubbly personality & storytelling really allowed us to get to know his personal life & also understand the origin & sentimental value of how the business came to be along with the importance of honoring his mom’s legacy. we danced, we laughed, we played games & won prizes, we told facts about ourselves & learned a few fun things about everyone in class. i loved that all cakes made in class would be donated to woman & children in need & at the end of it all, each individual got to take home a 7-inch cheesecake that was hand topped by Val himself. there was also a complimentary charcuterie snack board provided to us as well as sangria + mimosas for us to sip on & Val insisted on keeping the refills going. thank you Val & his lovely team for having us & for hosting such an immersive cheesecake experience! parking can be a little tight as it is street parking, i recommend to park along the curb right in front of the shop or along the street at the intersection of griffin & akard right next to the Lorenzo hotel. there is a small parking lot to the left side of the shop but you can NOT park there as they will tow! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience. ??

I ordered a birthday cheesecake $85 to be picked up at 11 this past Sunday! I get there at 11:15 and was told it was not ready. Had to wait another 15-20 min. The cheesecake did not look like the photo described online! There was no whip cream border & no happy birthday sign! I was told they were out of birthday signs! The slice on top was smushed from the small box it was put in. The presentation for what I paid for was very disappointing. It should’ve been ready for pick up on time. I had a tight schedule and the delay was poor customer service.
