I have visited this place twice, and on both occasions, it took nearly an hour for the food to be served. The waiting staff doesn't check on you regularly; instead, they spend most of their time hanging out at the bar. The food tastes good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I went with my family to eat a couple of days ago, and we came to the conclusion that we wouldn’t be coming back. The service was slow, even though the place was empty, and we had to wait too long just for an appetizer, not to mention almost an hour for the main courses, which arrived cold. Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty. It would be good if they could take these things into consideration, because the concept is good, but the execution behind the restaurant is lacking.

The food is acceptable, the service and attention to customers should be better considering the high price of the food, which in other restaurants can be much better. I don't think I will ever return to this place. I think it is a total abuse to force the customer to pay 20% in tips when the customer is the one who decides how much money to tip.
