I went with my family to eat a couple of days ago, and we came to the conclusion that we wouldn’t be coming back. The service was slow, even though the place was empty, and we had to wait too long just for an appetizer, not to mention almost an hour for the main courses, which arrived cold. Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty. It would be good if they could take these things into consideration, because the concept is good, but the execution behind the restaurant is lacking.

The food is acceptable, the service and attention to customers should be better considering the high price of the food, which in other restaurants can be much better. I don't think I will ever return to this place. I think it is a total abuse to force the customer to pay 20% in tips when the customer is the one who decides how much money to tip.

Appalling. I'm at the restaurant, it's been almost two hours and they still haven't given me my plate. My friend was given the dish with a terrible presentation and salty, the waitress brought the wrong drinks and said that she is not the one who prepares drinks, the truth is that I hate the place, I will not return or recommend it because they also charged us to be able to reserve, a total madness approached the Mananger and to solve the situation TOOK 20% TIP from the waitress, it was completely unfair and unprofessional because the problem is not the waitress, it is the slowness of the kitchen and the mistakes of the bartender, the service offered by the restaurant is bad
