We were in Downtown Dallas, looking for a sit-down restaurant, driving east-bound along Live Oak street. The first spot we saw that wasn't fast-food was El Pulpo. We both like Tex-Mex food so we tried it out. It is labeled as "Mexican Seafood" and almost every menu choice offers some form of seafood.
