I was a loyal client and would receive Aprés nails and pedicures. Lala is an excellent technician and I was one of her regulars. Management at this establishment is substandard, insensitive, and inflexible.
I don’t have a typical desk job and I travel for a living. They have a strict 12 hour full charge cancellation policy and I recently reached out to reschedule 21 hours prior to my appointment tomorrow. Any time I’ve rescheduled, I’ve canceled only once inside the 12 hour window. They gave me a one time courtesy which was appreciated. Beware if you have to change an appointment because you are a human and things happen. They decided to deny my business today. Watch out.

My friend and I were scheduled for pedicures. We were from out of town and were in Dallas for the weekend. My friend, pregnant, had a very big scare and we had to rush to the emergency room. It was extremely scary. I called to explain that we weren't able to come in for our pedicures due to this very unexpected event. They had no empathy and said we would be charged the cancellation fee. I said I can have a Dr. write a note, have the hospital call them, etc. The woman on the phone couldn't have been more rude if she tried. I explained to her that we are all women, we need to understand and help each other. I still cannot believe how little she cared. Do not go. Ended up going to a different salon the next day for nails and they were terrific. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

My wife was unable to make her appointment due to a necessary trip to the ER. The appointment clerk and the nail salon were no help in cancelling the appointment, and actually charged her for the missed appointment.

While a policy is one thing, the lack of human decency is another. Disgusted. Will not return.

Ordered same drink, same day, within 2 hours of each other.

Had a different barista for both drinks; two very different outcomes.

1st drink on first visit, was good.

2nd drink was so bad, they offered to remake it, 3rd one was just as bad if not worse.

Overall a great experience. The salon is clean and cute. My nails look great and the tech, Karen, was amazing.
I only gave 4 stars because of 2 reasons:
1. My initial greeting wasn’t very friendly & this was my first time there. However, the owner noticed me waiting and gave me a super friendly greeting, so luckily she redeemed the other girl.
2. No complimentary drinks. I had 1 glass of rose and ended up paying for it when I checked out. Part of the reason I started getting my nails done again is to relax and have some downtime, so this tired mom does appreciate salons that give complimentary drinks. This is also one of the pricier salons I’ve been to so one would think 1 or 2 drinks would be included.

I followed my tech, Kylie here from her previous salon and I’m so glad I did! Not only does Kylie always do beautiful work, in nearly two years of monthly visits I have never had a problem with her work but I adore this salon. All of the staff has always been kind and courteous, the decor is adorable, I can tell how clean and trustworthy the salon is, and the coffee is great! I’m looking forward to many more appointments here!

Bro next time I'm off and have some money, I'm coming here this is the best manicure I've ever had!

Christian was so sweet and patient with me when I was having trouble finding and giving him my nail inspo and just has a great vibe! He listened to me, give me ideas, asked what I wanted and was very gentle when it came to doing my cuticles and nails! This is the first time I've shown my nail tech a photo and had it come out exactly like it! Like I was smiling ear to ear when I left that salon.

Another thing is that these nails lasted soo long! It took three weeks before the first gem fell off while I was washing my hair! And usually I never get gems and stuff like that because they fall off within a few days or a week, but these lasted my whole vacation and were still on when I went back to work even with the constant hand-washing and being submerged in water!
Also quick shout-out to the woman that applied the eyeshadow to my nails, it came out amazing! she was super sweet and attentive as well!

So if you're on the fence about the price or anything else, it's absolutely worth it!

Listen up. This is not your regular type of nail salon. I typically getting my nails done and have tried plenty of salons, nothing compares to verbena. The whole vibe is relaxing, the smell of the salon is of lemongrass, the look of it - everything makes me feel *zen* that in itself it top notch

but now let’s talk about we we actually pay for - the nails!! Linh did a phenomenal job!!!

Took her time, was very precise, never felt like anything I told her was bothering. Truly the best my nails have ever looked! I’m from Miami and I’m so happy I finally found a really good place for builder gel. 10/10! Will be back!!

My only con is they charge you for the drinks they make, which I feel like isn’t customary for nail salons.. yes the drinks are a little nicer than other nail salons, but I think it feels like nicer customer care when they are complimentary since the manicures are already priced so high.

The best nail salon in Dallas! I’m blown away every time I go here. I love the coffee, great ambiance, and the nicest technicians. I’ve loved Lala, Christain, Karen, and Lena! Their attention to detail is amazing and my nails come out perfect.

Finally! A truly non toxic salon in Dallas. They use Dazzle Dry and Zoya polish. Lan did an excellent job on my manicure. They also have a coffee/tea/cocktail bar which is nice. And the space is cozy and comfortable.
I’m updating my review to 4 stars because I have been a loyal customer and never have asked to reschedule on the same day as treatment. Today I requested to reschedule and they charged me 50% of service! I was told this is a no exception policy. Really?? Even for good customers who never are late or cancel?

I just moved to Dallas and was in search for a salon or tech who specializes in builder gel. I found Verbena on Instagram and booked a tier 3 with Alana. The salon is adorable and has a cute little cafe inside. Alana was so sweet and easy to talk to, and did such a wonderful job. She was extremely meticulous with her cuticle work and shaping of my nails. This has honestly been the best set I have ever had, I love how thin the gel was placed and she has been the only person to ever get the chrome look perfect. Excited to go back!

Walked in excited, left wanting to re-paint over the nails myself. Booked a mani + tier 2 nail art for me and my sister. Immediately after showing her the inspo, my nail tech said it was complicated and looked like a tier 3. She offered to do 2 nails with art, I accepted and we agreed the rest could be solid color nails. She did my nails and we actually finished early. Seeing that my sister’s nail tech was still going, my nail tech offered to add foil to my solid color nails. Already sad I wasn’t getting what I came in for, I agreed because that would at least get me something on all nails. I wish I hadn’t agreed to the foil, it’s so ugly I want to paint over it myself. Again, we finished before my sister; so much so I even ended up waiting a few minutes for my sister to wrap up while my nail tech went to start her next appointment. The nail art quality between my nails (squiggly lines) and my sisters nails (scallop edges + stars) is night and day. Nail art 100% depends on who you book. I still don’t understand how what I initially asked for was a tier 3, even the insta FAQ shows more difficult designs for tier 2.

I’ve been coming to Verbena since 2021 and was booked with Brittney because she does great nail art. At the time I had no idea they didn’t add tips in case your nails were different lengths. I had an entire melt down but she made sure to see what could be done. They were able to figure out a solution and I was so happy with the results. Since then I have booked her every month. She’s fun to talk to, very sweet and wants her clients to be happy. This last appointment I had a specific color in mind and none of the shades were working for me but Brittney worked with me patiently to find something I liked. I was worried that I was taking too much time but if we tried a color and I wasn’t thrilled she would try another. She made sure I left loving my nails. Brittney is a wonderful person and nail tech and Verbena is lucky to have her! Shout out to Lan too, she’s dope. Also everything in there is so cute and they have a little cafe. Everyone is really nice and when mistakes are made we find solutions. Love this place!

Absolutely love this place if you want high-quality nails that are going to last you a long time this is a place to go. They do not play games. everyone’s nice no one’s rude all the bookings are appropriate so there’s no long wait times and they have a nice coffee house inside this place. If you want your nails done properly and not in the strip mall chop shop way this is a place to go. Ask for Linh. She is amazing. Show that picture you found on instagram and she can do it. My wife likes her so much she had me go to her for my nails.
