We had a group of serious foodies at our wedding, including a guest who owns restaurants, and they could not stop raving about how amazing the food was!
On top of that, the service was just as impressive. The staff was professional, attentive, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Overall we had an excellent experience with Vestals! We received multiple compliments from our guests about the food. They did a great job of maintaining the high quality from our tasting to the actual wedding when serving 150 people. The only negative thing I have to say is the vegetarian options portion size was quite small. We did not taste it during our tasing so that could be on us but several guests mentioned how much smaller that meal was compared to the the fish and chicken options we chose. Would absolutely recommend this catering company!

We just locked them in for our wedding, and we’ve already had such a wonderful experience with this catering company! They went above and beyond by letting us tour their space and even showed us the kitchen, which really made us feel confident in our choice. Julia was absolutely amazing! We’re so sad she’s no longer with the company because she made the process so smooth. She never knew this, but when we were scheduling our visit, my grandmother had passed away. Julia and I played phone tag a couple of times trying to schedule a date to come in. One time she called and I hadn’t looked over anything I was so overwhelmed. But she never showed frustration, always patient, kind, and professional. I really wish her the best of luck at her new job, she is truly a gem!
As far as the food at our tasting, it was a 10/10! Even the champagne was delicious! They coursed out the food, which I could appreciate and they didn’t sit there to watch us eat. My fiancé didn’t care for a certain sauce, they came with a quick solution on the spot and brought it out for him to try. They didn’t leave dirty plates sitting in front of us and were quick to offer to box anything we wanted (which is something another company looked at us crazy for asking). You can tell that everyone there genuinely cares about their clients and their job. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and decision. Vestals Catering is doing it the RIGHT way!

Chef Chris led an amazing team of chefs while also befriending our guests and manning the open grill station, Beverly was an accommodating and attentive VIP server that continuously checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed, and Michelle ensured flawless execution of EVERY detail and portion of the reception. We could not have asked for a better team of gracious and hard-working experts.

We had the most delicious menu for our wedding thanks to Vestals! Highly recommend their mini al pastor tacos, Tuscan grilled chicken, Oregano and Garlic Crusted Bistro Filet, and any of their sides! Aubrey was a very attentive liaison and was accommodating on last minute changes and requests. Only issues we had were not receiving our newlywed basket at the end of the night, and they did not confirm which layer of our cake was gluten free before serving to our guests, which means our gluten free guests got no cake. Other than that, it was a beautiful event and everyone raved about the food.
