They really have the process down to a science, so it was very easy for me to manage the catering aspect of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything ran beautifully. I mean.... it was so perfect. The food was insane, the bar service was flawless, the event management was also perfect. As the bride and groom, we felt very closely attended to which was lovely. My daughter was married at Hillside Estate over Labor Day weekend and Vestals Catering was our caterer of choice. Their food and service were absolutely superb the entire evening and they helped make my daughters wedding a beautiful event. The food was delicious and their service was flawless, from the cocktail hour through the dinner and the rest of the evening. We worked with Sydney and she was a pure delight to work with. She was very patient with us, offered great advice and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The other caterers we reached out to were either slow to respond or inconsistent with their communication. Not Sydney. She quickly responded to every request or question we had leading up to the wedding. They are, without question, the best caterer we have ever worked with. Now that we are a few weeks removed from the big day, we are still receiving complements on the food and service. Highly, highly recommended.
