First time going this morning and the worker that helped me Angie was extremely nice and professional. I didn’t know what to order and she asked me what kind of things I like and she said she had the perfect coffee for me. I don’t remember what it was called but it had a great caramel flavor to it as I don’t just like plain coffee. Will be going back here more often thank to Angie the awesome drink she made me and the atmosphere.

We stayed here for a company event. Overall, great service from the time you check in to check out. This hotel is in a great location surrounded by many great nearby restaurants. My room was clean, modern, and well decorated. The food service was decent!

Awesome little shop. I stay in the Uptown Marriot sometimes, and this place has the same beverages as Starbucks, but at better prices, and with awesome service.

The hotel website caught my eye, and despite being a little further from my meeting location, I wanted to give it a try. I was so happy I did! I got upgraded to a King Club Room (thank you) and the room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, very comfortable. I have paid much more for much less room in the past, so this was like finding a hidden gem in the Dallas uptown area. There are great dining options within walking distance, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and a Starbucks on site. Staff (valet and front desk) were friendly and accommodating, check-in was responsive over chat before arrival, and I will be staying here again for both business and pleasure. This hotel far outshines its price and tier.

A coffee shop on the first floor of the Marriott Hotel. Although it's not Starbucks, there are posters posted inside the store and you can get Starbucks drinks. The food was not Starbucks. You need to go to the restroom near the Marriott lobby.
Absolutely horrible hotel for families!! The staff focuses on taking care of the single, privileged group first and foremost. They literally looked down upon us for playing cards in the lobby while their preferred group drank & cussed.

The hotel located in a quite area uptown Dallas but is very convenient to many places in downtown. The room is larger than JW Marriott we previous stayed, very clean. The do not have self-parking only valet, it takes about 5-10 mins to get your car. The staff seems very nice and very welcoming. The M Club offers very good selection for breakfast and evening cocktail hour. The food quality were much better than JW lounge food, We will visit them again.

The Marriott uptown was a beautiful hotel. The hotel was super clean and well laid out. Check in was easy as was check out. The room was clean and spacious, and did not have wall to wall carpeting which is always a plus. Large plush towels were in the beautiful bathroom, and the shower was amazing. The location is great, close enough to walk to some different food options. Parking via valet was great. Not far from downtown Dallas.

Well. There were many issues. Given a room on 4th floor. DO NOT Accept a room on 4th. All Night starting at 200am there was an annoying banging all the time. Sounds like marbles on hardwood floors. I did not want to deal with at 3AM so I powered through. I talked to front desk about at check out and they said they know of the mysterious noise but can't figure it out. It has nothing to do with the gym FYI. My bathroom was covered in long blonde hairs. I mean that is not the hotel fault but they need to do better job in housekeeping. The restaurant service is very slow....I had to flag down coffee. And they messed up my order. Location is good but probably won't stay here again at the he price they command but don't deserve.

I travel a ton for work - I’m talking 300 nights a year and stay in so many hotels. So when I’m staying at a hotel for leisure, I’m extremely picky. I’m also an Ambassador Elite with Marriott so I have a lot of experience with Marriott properties. With that being said, this hotel surpassed my expectations. Location is great - very close to restaurants & entertainment. The hotel is stunning! I absolutely love the clean, neutral aesthetic. I stayed in the deluxe suite, and it was so clean and beautifully decorated. I also loved the layout and separation of the room - it’s perfect for entertaining. The staff was also great from the front desk to valet to the coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
