We stayed here for a company event. Overall, great service from the time you check in to check out. This hotel is in a great location surrounded by many great nearby restaurants. My room was clean, modern, and well decorated. The food service was decent!

Awesome little shop. I stay in the Uptown Marriot sometimes, and this place has the same beverages as Starbucks, but at better prices, and with awesome service.

The hotel website caught my eye, and despite being a little further from my meeting location, I wanted to give it a try. I was so happy I did! I got upgraded to a King Club Room (thank you) and the room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, very comfortable. I have paid much more for much less room in the past, so this was like finding a hidden gem in the Dallas uptown area. There are great dining options within walking distance, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and a Starbucks on site. Staff (valet and front desk) were friendly and accommodating, check-in was responsive over chat before arrival, and I will be staying here again for both business and pleasure. This hotel far outshines its price and tier.

Absolutely horrible hotel for families!! The staff focuses on taking care of the single, privileged group first and foremost. They literally looked down upon us for playing cards in the lobby while their preferred group drank & cussed.

The hotel located in a quite area uptown Dallas but is very convenient to many places in downtown. The room is larger than JW Marriott we previous stayed, very clean. The do not have self-parking only valet, it takes about 5-10 mins to get your car. The staff seems very nice and very welcoming. The M Club offers very good selection for breakfast and evening cocktail hour. The food quality were much better than JW lounge food, We will visit them again.

The Marriott uptown was a beautiful hotel. The hotel was super clean and well laid out. Check in was easy as was check out. The room was clean and spacious, and did not have wall to wall carpeting which is always a plus. Large plush towels were in the beautiful bathroom, and the shower was amazing. The location is great, close enough to walk to some different food options. Parking via valet was great. Not far from downtown Dallas.

Well. There were many issues. Given a room on 4th floor. DO NOT Accept a room on 4th. All Night starting at 200am there was an annoying banging all the time. Sounds like marbles on hardwood floors. I did not want to deal with at 3AM so I powered through. I talked to front desk about at check out and they said they know of the mysterious noise but can't figure it out. It has nothing to do with the gym FYI. My bathroom was covered in long blonde hairs. I mean that is not the hotel fault but they need to do better job in housekeeping. The restaurant service is very slow....I had to flag down coffee. And they messed up my order. Location is good but probably won't stay here again at the he price they command but don't deserve.
It's a solid spot. Starbucks coffee-based so you know what you're getting but big grab-and-go culture that doesn't make it a place I want to hang out in. But because it's attached to the Marriott Lobby, I can always find a place to roost and take my time with my drink. Super friendly staff though. Always feel welcomed.

I travel a ton for work - I’m talking 300 nights a year and stay in so many hotels. So when I’m staying at a hotel for leisure, I’m extremely picky. I’m also an Ambassador Elite with Marriott so I have a lot of experience with Marriott properties. With that being said, this hotel surpassed my expectations. Location is great - very close to restaurants & entertainment. The hotel is stunning! I absolutely love the clean, neutral aesthetic. I stayed in the deluxe suite, and it was so clean and beautifully decorated. I also loved the layout and separation of the room - it’s perfect for entertaining. The staff was also great from the front desk to valet to the coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Marriott Dallas Uptown on face value is okay. Great location, service and cleanliness is not so great. So, I understand it is a Marriott and I have an Ambassador level, but if you are going to be in a non corporate neighborhood, but rather an upscale neighborhood you should step your game up. You have Ritz Carlton, Rosewood and Crescent a few blocks away. I booked for 4 nights and live in Dallas in the neighborhood and am not impressed. Aesthetically, its great. Staying is a different story. First night checked in and descent, next day, doing business during the week and left the room at 12pm to 5pm and returned with no room service. Second night walk into my room (with no room cleaning) and found dirty glass left, sheets not refreshed, trash still on the floor, grease on the headboard that I just noticed and not from me…. When paying $400+ You should receive the basics. COVID is over and there should be no excuse. Is this what we all have to be settling for post Covid? I hope not!

We loved our first stay at this hotel--it is excellent. New, modern, clean, and welcoming. Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed meeting Q at the reception desk, Jenae and the whole team at valet parking, and Michelle and Kathy at breakfast in the M Lounge. The M Lounge has a full, lovely, delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this hotel- we will be back soon!

Really loved this hotel. First of all, it was VERY clean. The staff, desk, valets and M Lounge were very helpful. In fact, I need to do a shout out to Kelly and Michelle in the M Lounge for all their help and attention. My room was very contemporary, a good size and a wonderful shower and sink area that had room for all my toiletries. What I really liked was that it was very hot and my car was able to be in a covered garage. After many days on the road with outside parking lots this was a nice change.
