second time here had to update my review as my visit wasn’t pleasant , soon as you walk in the coffee smells delicious, but the young girl working there wasn’t too friendly if you work at a coffee shop its expected you to know what your doing and have recommendations for coffee. she made like an annoyed face . i wont be returning my matcha was not good even when they tried and fix it. last time i came the matcha had some type of cold foam not sure . bleh
Hi There. Greetings. We visited this wonderful bakery yesterday.
The associates warmly welcomed us with a cheerful smile. The hot chai tea latte was simply superb. The service was quick and efficient.
The chocolate croissant was awesome.
Definitely a A + experience. Thank you
Hearty congratulations on excellent service
Best wishes for continued success.
05/25/25 4:30. Poor customer service. If you don’t want to work. Stay home.
Worst customer service!! The girl that took order was rude and not friendly at all!!!
It’s crazy to think that someone would give poor customer service on Mother’s Day of all days. I stood there entirely too long to not even been greeted. Then when I asked for assistance I was ignored prompting my husband to ask for assistance he was met with a rude remark and a sigh. Over the last few years I must’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location and never had this issue. I simply had to turn around and walk out. It’s embarrassing to be a person of color and receive a totally different level of customer service than your white counterparts. I won’t be back. The entire shift needs a coaching about how to interact with the local population in which the business finds itself.
Didn’t know there could be a quality difference in fresh baked bread until this place. Their Parmesan bread is amazing. It’s crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Perfection.
It‘s really not worth it in my opinion. I got a loaf of bread today and there was a piece of yarn baked into it. Also, in the summer the place is full of flies that are all over the pastries. Recommendation.. safe fly control and better quality control when baking. Also, for the price the ingredients should be organic.
I ordered food last week got home part of my food was missing. They kindly replaced it the next day which made it impossible to park having a disability went yesterday again. $50plus and my food items missing. Frustration is the manager took my order. No one has called back or refunded my money when I didn't receive my food. Plenty of pastries like Cretias to go to with out the mess up. I mean. 10 bakeries. Please watch your borders. Lost customer
Outstanding croissants
Village Baking Co. is awesome! I was really impressed with all of the different french techniques that are on display. They excell at croissants, which is not easy! This was my first time trying kouign amman and I'm in love! The almond peach tart was also very good. And I loved the bacon croissant. I highly recommend them!

What a beautiful concept with amazing bakeries and huge selection
Food is dooo good and staff so helpful. Very creative recipes. Something unique and delicious every time we visit.
A beautiful little cottage with delicious pastries and coffee. Definitely worth a visit when in Bishop Arts. My wife and I have been getting our morning lattes and cold brew here and it’s the best coffee we’ve had in Dallas.
All I can speak to is the gigantic almond chocolate croissant and the cafe au lait, the nice people and the lovely front porch with seating.
Really excellent.
I was there on a Saturday morning around 9AM and was able to find parallel parking less than a block away, but I did notice that many establishments did not open till 11AM. so if you wish to experience this fine bakery without being extorted for the paid parking elsewhere in the neighborhood, go early.
A good variety of bake goods. Some a little dry. Coffee and tea also offered!
