I recently had the pleasure of dining at Village Burger on McKinney Avenue, and let me tell you, their burger is nothing short of phenomenal! I ordered the burger topped with blue cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh avocado, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors melded perfectly, creating a rich and satisfying experience with every bite.
To complement my burger, I chose a side of sweet potato fries, which were the perfect balance of crispy and tender, offering a hint of sweetness that paired beautifully with the savory burger.
The atmosphere at Village Burger is inviting and casual, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. If you're in the Uptown Dallas area, do yourself a favor and stop by Village Burger. You won’t regret it – it truly is one of the best burger experiences I've had!

I built my own with medium rare beef, provolone, fresh baby spinach, sliced avocado and garlic aioli. Partnered with the shoestring truffle fries. But was really torn on ordering the Trio- shoestring fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings. Local craft beers on tap- the Revolver Blood and Honey always hits.
So many combos and choices- there is something for everyone!

Village Burger Bar is one of those spots that just gets it right every single time. The food is always on point, fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly how you want it. The quality of the burgers is what I like most, clean, simple, and they give you exactly what you ask for. No fluff, just really good food done right. Big shoutout to Jarrod and Efrain, their customer service is next level. They take care of people with real attention and respect, not just the usual “how’s everything?” kind of thing. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks in.
I’m here pretty much every week, and it’s consistent every single time. Whether I’m coming in solo, grabbing food with friends, or just need a solid go to spot, Village Burger Bar always delivers. Easily one of my favorite places to eat.

Plenty of options for burgers, fries and drinks (i.e. different proteins, multiple types of fries, etc.). Very good burger, though the bun was on the dry side. Shoe-string fries were plentiful and tasty. The house-made lemonade was delicious (sweet and tart) and they will accommodate for your taste. Casual dining-you order and pay, then they will bring the food to your tables. Indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Ordered a promo online that was a pickup from Grubhub. Only reason I even ordered from this place was because of the promo offered on THEIR restaurant. I arrive and notice all the food is not packed as stated in the promo, and here is the manager telling us that because THEIR SYSTEM did not register the promo they wouldn’t make the rest of our food. Yet I had Grubhub customer service on the line in front of the middle eastern female manger, telling her that they can see the promo and that It was apart of the order. She still refused and now here I am having to dispute this order because it’s not what we came there for. Very terrible service if you ask me, you clearly hear the Grubhub team saying the promo was supposed to be applied and shows on the ticket but yet because it’s not showing on THEIR SYSTEM she wouldn’t fullfill it. Very annoying won’t be returning ever!!

If the Guy with the long hair is not at the counter, then you could just kiss having a good experience Goodbye. Literally went in there tonight after a long day at work, And the cashier that was taking my order, just could not get right and I told him several times that I wanted extra cheese and he still got my order wrong. You sit and wait for 30 minutes for an order only to not have your order right. I said two slices of jalapeño jack and he continues to ask me about jalapeños. Like open your ears and listen to what people are actually ordering and stop making up what you think they said and clarify. If you are hungry, just go somewhere else.

Honestly, I was disappointed with my visit. The food was way too greasy and not what I was expecting at all. On top of that, the waiting time was really long, which made the whole experience frustrating. I thought it would be much better, but sadly it wasn’t.
