I have been to a Waffle House everywhere I travel to and this was a top tier Waffle House. Very good food, staff was super attentive and nice, friendly chill vibe, efficient.
My first time at this location & I will be coming back. Carroll was our server and she's quick &awesome, on top of that food came out great! Thanks to her & the cook ⭐✨

Let me say appearance is everything first off. Also when someone comes in to place a to go order they should be treated just the same as those dining in. I came in an advised the waiter that was ordering food to go. I knew what I wanted already. So I sat at the bar top right next to the register and everyone continued to walk past me. Finally after 20 min a young lady says.. “I told you to stand at the register so your order can be taken.” Now things my first time hearing that you have to stand directly at the register to order instead of sitting down. I didn’t think it was a big deal because I was right next to the register but to walk past someone consistently because they are not standing at the register or not even to acknowledge them to take their order because they are not at the register is crazy. You can tell no one likes to help each other out because it was very unorganized Waffle House you all need to have a meeting on customer service because this was not it.

Okay , don’t get me wrong I love some Waffle House. However, she repeated my order back twice to me and it was still made wrong.
