Food is always fresh, staff always smiling and the manager is friendly! One of my family’s favorite Waffle House spots in Dallas! Weekends can be tough to get a table, but during the week it slower and easier to sit down and eat quickly.

1. The waffle is good. 2. The steak in one of their new menus is so TOUGH. Don't order it. I tried getting a refund or replacing them but they refused. 3. I was surprised that they charged service and to go fee plus tip.

There weren't any omelets on the menu, but the server said she could make me one??? I asked for vegetables minus mushrooms not jalapeños. Then, I didn't receive my waffle; it took two or three people to make and bring it to me. 😑

The waitress was great. I just hope she gave the cook his $10 tip. I always tip the one who prepares my food. I give the cook and the waitress the same amount. The waitress usually gives the tip in front of me, but this time, my waitress put it aside and said she'd make sure he received it.

Horrible experience! I had to send my steak back because it was over cooked. Then when I did, they made it seem like I was the problem. I don’t recommend this location at all. More training is needed for sure!

Me and my family came here last night and it will be our very last. It was absolutely horrible. The food was trash and I mean trash. There was a black guy on the grill with dreads burnt my Wife’s ham and cheese sandwich he burnt my hashbrowns. The food was absolutely disgusting.

The food is delicious but the treatment is NOT the best, they make fun of people for speaking Spanish I will never go back to that place and I will make sure that my friends or acquaintances do not go either, no human being should be treated badly because of their origins, and the funniest thing is that the employee's face says that her origins are Latin
The place was very quiet, we were the o ly customers, the staff was very friendly and courteous and most efficient. The service was excellent, the food was very tasteful and cooked to perfection, especially my eggs( it's hard to find someone to cook eggs the way I like them, but the cook here was on point. I'm guessing one young man was the manager, he was very nice, I guess he was training the young lady that was there. He was very prompt in keeping our drinks filled and making sure all was well with our food. This House was very clean and in order. Nothing out of place, the staff kept themselves busy, not just sitting around. Kudos to all three.
