I went to this restaurant around 12:00 last night. The inside was closed. You can only order food from the window. They charge you $2.58 for a service fee in $2.58 for it to go fee. That's over $5 before you even make a order. To add insult to injury my pork chops were overcooked hard and dry. I didn't realize they had charged me the two service fees until I got my receipt and I had tipped the lady at the window $5. I end up paying $10 more for a meal that was nearly uneditable. I would never go back to this restaurant again. I could have took the $5 it went to Whataburger and got the breakfast bowl. Complete waste of time and money.

The food was terrible it took 40 minutes to get it and then after I got it the sausage was overcooked and there wasn't even a whole waffle there The service was even worse I will not go back to that waffle House ever again

You're average greasy spoon diner with tasty breakfast options and good sized portions. The pecan waffles are a favorite with eggs and hash brown potatoes and there are several other good options as well.

First time staying in Dallas a few days, and first time visiting a Waffle House. Loved the atmosphere, food was good and at a good price. And our server, I believe her name was Deedee, provided amazing service and was very friendly. Definitely will visit again when coming to Dallas!

Was completely ignored for 10 minutes while sitting in there even though the staff was having a great time. Walked out and came back in there was a manager in there and the staff now started to respond. Terrible environment
