I guess the most confusing part about it is that I’m the only person in the restaurant. I am the only person you needed to focus on. How did you get my order wrong when I am literally the only person here? Does that make any sense to anybody? I ordered hashbrowns well done scattered she called out hashbrowns scattered, and covered. How does that happen? I am literally the only person here.

Got here at 1120pm .. and they forgot my order been waiting for now a hour YayB..Ash… Jesus was on shift also this is very unacceptable and unprofessionally people came in after me got they meal in 15min ate and left . Then tell me I have to wait the next day to get a refund because there is no manager working and nobody knows how to refund my money

They were very busy.It took a moment for us to get seated and to get to the staff was great.She was very friendly and kind, accepted our military discount.Our food was given to us within five minutes of ordering.And it was spot on perfect
The environment was very busy, and unfortunately, two waitresses were openly arguing—seemingly about another waitress of a different ethnicity moving the hot coffee jug. My to-go order was scheduled for pickup at 8:47 AM, but it wasn’t ready until 9:01 AM when my name was finally called. Better service management is needed, especially considering that customers may have appointments—and in my case, I’m pregnant and was feeling quite hungry. The waitress seemed distracted, handling multiple other tasks, and I wasn’t able to leave with my order until 9:03 AM. This delay was frustrating and avoidable.

This is my second time eating from Waffle House. This time I want to make sure that they wouldn't put too much chocolate chip on my waffle. He did a good job. The taste was excellent. The service was very friendly. The price was decent. The temperature of the food great. We ordered our food in the restaurant and took it home. Thank you for your excellent service.

Really clean waffle house, would recommend going. The staff was really nice, everyone working that day was so nice. Our order was made just right, waitress was really friendly the food was great. The place was clean, I would make a comment, the men's restroom needs a new lock. The lock did not work so if you are sitting on the throne a person could walk in.
