The place is usually empty. The wait staff was nice and polite but it shows that they are usually a slow shift and get conscious if a customer shows up.They did refill our drinks constantly and were generally nice so kudos to them!!

I love Waffle House in general but this one had a cool vibe. The staff were busy taking care of customers but you can tell they worked well together.The food was great, as it always is at Waffle House, and I Loved the music they had playing on the juke box. I definitely recommend checking it out.
Well I got in from a trip and just had a taste for a hamburger late night, which was good, there were two nice gentlemen there great custermer service who took care of my order thanks guys. I just wish waffle house would get some french fries

Sat inside for about 15 mins. No one talked to us, no one acknowledged us. They weren’t busy at all and there were multiple workers just standing around walking. No one even got our drinks!!!!! We got up and left, again, not a single word from any of the workers. People sat down after us and they took their order.

If I could it will be 0 stars. Waisted 5 minutes of my life, no one ever came and asked for me order and I sat right next to the cashier. A lady came in after i did, she was helped first. With coustermer service like this it's amazing this location is still open. Won't recommend coming here at all.
Not open for dine-in after dark so don't waste your time looking for a place to sit down and enjoy your meal. They automatically charge you fees for togo orders as well so may as well just go somewhere you'll get the same service without tipping and fees.

Got mad because my food had to be remade because I specifically asked for no onion on my Texas bacon cheesesteak and it was LOADED with onion. then he rushed us to finish our food like he thought he wasn’t going to get a tip which led to him not getting a

Thus Waffle House had workers so. The insider and people eating and the fro t door was locked and nobody would come open it. I even walked up to the take out window and they did not come to the window.
