I wanted to eat here, but when I showed up the place was packed. I saw what looked to be a manager walking around adding peoples names onto the waiting list to be seated, so I waited to be able to add my name to the list. The manager passed me up to add the group that came in behind me to the list instead. After waiting a little more, I approached him and asked to be put on the list. He told me that since I was alone he wouldn't put my name on the list, and told me to just grab a seat at the counter. The counter was full of customers, and I had no clue how long any of them were going to be there, or if I'd have to race anyone to sit at the counter once a spot opened up. After a bit more waiting where no one left the counter, but the group behind me got to be seated, I gave up and left this place to eat somewhere else.

We come here often after church during a busy rush. The kitchen runs like a well oiled machine. The customer service is always great. The staff is very friendly, outgoing and accommodating and the food is always hot and made to order. This is our favorite location in the greater Dallas area.

Have been eating here for the past 6 years and today I saw how difficult their job can get by observing how they were training some of the new employees the manager is a great person for how great she has her energy and how positive she treats her new team members hope to come back and get the same warmth of service like today.

My overall experience was awesome. Everyone was so nice it was my first time eating at this location. And I highly recommend for friends, families or individuals to make a trip to this location.. The food was prepared to my liking. I absolutely will be returning back to eat some good breakfast sometime soon. Thanks to everyone that works here definitely left a big impression in my heart.

I came at midnight to order food 10/11/25. They told me they were gonna send me a text when my food was ready, ok cool. I waited 40 minutes and no text so I get down to ask about my food and guess what, cashier says they forgot. Mind you I am the ONLY person waiting so how would they forget. WHOLE TIME ALL EMPLOYEES WERE SITTING DOWN AND ON THEIR PHONES. Even had to wait for someone to stand up and come to the Togo window. Togo girl says that’s it’s gonna take 4 mins to get my order. Like if they couldn’t do that from the start.
