Mona and especially NORA were great . They attended to my needs and ensured my food was to my liking . Not to mention, they recommended the strawberry waffle to me , and it was a great choice . Very happy with their service even while working under stressful and some what abrasive behavior from coworkers at times .

Great location! Clean, speedy, great tasting food tonight. Hats off to the fella on the grill. Stopped in after the ACM Awards (60th Academy of Country Music Awards), Ari was our server and she was very polite and professional. Great job! We're three for three now on great Waffle House locations from Franklin Tennessee, St. Joseph Missouri and now Farmers Branch Texas. Good job WF for the great staff thought-out the locations visited.

This location of waffle house has given me only positive experiences for four years! Absolutely fantastic, at all hours!
For the 1st time, there wasn't a crowd! I ordered the Texas Melt and my wife ordered the TX BLT. Bryan, our Super server made all better. Thank you for a good experience and delicious meal. Bonus, the Strawberry Shortcake Waffle! This was sweet and filling without the syrup.

This waffle house was not too busy for a Sunday. We stood for a long time waiting for a seat just to watch others who came in after us get seats. Once sat, we didn’t get our order until I complained. watched everyone around us eat and leave while we still were not served. Waitress didn’t even fill the customers coffee next to us. Apparently washing dishes comes first. Not a problem, but look up once in a while to acknowledge us. She was very kind and sincerely apologetic; which was nice of her. Manager didn’t acknowledge us as we left and not once did we hear any of the staff yelling out orders like the usual waffle houses we go to, it was unusually quiet.
