Staff was welcoming and kind! Very kid friendly (high chairs available). They gave our little boy a paper Waffle House hat. Our order was fulfilled correctly and the food was very yummy! Had one of the best experiences here! I'm from out of town and my boyfriend is in the hospital. I just drove in. They gave me coffee while I waited for our order. Everyone was amazing. Sarah the manager was more than hospitable. Definitely love waffle house amd Definitely will return to this one.

Not open 24 hrs.For dine in.Guess I am going to another waffle house.And the cook needs to stay off his phone.The dude who wears the hat.Phone then touch food. That's just gross no respect for the people food.I don't want him touching my food.I don't know where his hands have been. Health department needs to be called on this location. And the manager white guy with a beard sure didn't care to tell his employee to stay off the phone.I will pass on this location. Music was way to loud . Juke box should be for customers not employees standing and picking songs.while customers should be getting served.Dont recommend this spot at all

So they stop letting you in after a certain time you HAVE to do to go orders but they charge an extra 20% for to go orders when it’s YALL that won’t allow me to come inside. Makes absolutely no sense and whoever came up with that is dumb as hell.

I came in 1-29-24 at 10 a.m. ordered my food i didn't have a problem that my cheese was left off my hashbrown. What i had a problem with was when i was paying my bill my waiter the biggest black guy there with a tattoo on his face took my card it was inserted and he turned and started talking and left me at the register and a customer even said wow that is rude. A mexican guy came and checked me out cause he was probably trying to fix the situation but shouldn't have to for a grown man. This isn't a race thing cause i am black and a business owner this is have some respect for your job and the customers who pay your salary. I wish i wouldn't have already given him a 33% tip. Waffle house on Greenville get your representatives in line bad reflection of the establishment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! RUDE RUDE RUDE! If you dont wanna work night shifts why apply for a 24 job!!!!! They had us standing outside waiting in the cold while they was inside laughing about us. Plus the lady making the food was eating a waffle with her hands and touching peoples food ! So unsanitary! Will try to get in touch with corporate so these two can get FIRED!
