Three times now I have used their pickup service and received expired food. An employee told me they are instructed to push this food through because no one ever checks and by they get home they are too lazy to bring it back. You complain and all you get is credited for the item with no real apology. No one ever follows through with fixing the issue.

I have been going to this Walmart for years and if it were 4 years ago I would give this review a 5 but now I would give it a 2. I come in the evening multiple times a week and lately every time I go only the self checkout is open. And there are a ton of workers there but not a single one for check out lanes. And when your self checking out they stare at you like a hawk right over your shoulder practically breathing on it and if they could just put their energy into opening the checkout lanes and actually making things more fast pace maybe they could be doing something better for this store. And if you need to buy make up don't even bother. Presing the button for somebody to come is pointless because I promise you nobody will come. There's been multiple times where I had to go to the front desk wait for them to stop what they are talking about and ask politely for someone to unlock the doors to the makeup . I go back and wait in the isle and 1/10 times somebody comes 5 mins later. I don't know why makeup and body wash is locked up in a cage. Please install cameras down the isles so you don't keep your customers from getting what they drove there to get. Please train your night shift to be more engaged with the customers. It's insulting when I need help in the store everybody is too busy talking to one another but when I check out they are free enough to hover over my shoulder.

I dread coming here. The lanes are self check out now while the employees diddle on their phones hiding from customers. Then the baskets all need some type of maintenance! Why does this Walmart have to be so wretched. This place needs to be cleaned up.

Rude and obviously dont like where they work .Phoned them to check on King Cakes . First they didnt understand that . Then 2nd they just hung up !

I purposefully went shopping at 8am to reduce the likelihood of me running into a person not obeying the Mask Mandate only to find the two employees working self check out (and African American woman and a Caucasian woman) having a loud conversation while wearing their mask on their chins. I had to get help with my station and asked the Caucasian woman to wear her mask properly, after she helped me she removed it again. The shelves hadn't been restocked, it was just pointless to even go. If the employees don't care about the health of customers and the groceries aren't restocked then there is no point in going here.

THIS is a real puzzler to me. In the COVID-19 Pandemic era WHY does Walmart allow so called "parents" to enter their store(s) with their unprotected infants and small children in tow? I see this irresponsible behavior dozens of times on every visit. 1. Put a sign up. 2. Masked them up. 3. Turn them away.

The worst order pickup experience I've ever dealt with. 3.5 hours late for pickup. When I got the order ready notification it took an additional 45 min to get the order. Go to Kroger 4241 Capitol Ave Dallas, TX 75204 United States.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been waiting 40 minutes for my Walmart pick up Order along with 6 other cars. No one in the store can give us any information and seem to not care about the inconvenience. A manager should be out to let us all know what is going on or an explanation.

It's wal Mart so I guess what should I expect but at the same time this is the worst wal Mart I've ever been to. I went around 8:30 on a Sunday and there were employees just standing around all over the place doing absolutely nothing at the front. When we went to checkout again there were 3 or 4 employees doing nothing and only 2 registers open. Right as I started to unload my cart the cashier rudely said she was closed. I get closing down your lane but her light was on and the tone in her voice was not pleasant by any means. Anyways, the GM of this location could very easily trim away some payroll costs and never notice any burden on anyone else. Also, if you are a cashier, literally the only thing you provide customers over a self checkout is human interaction. I tend to use cashiers as I support people but these people make it difficult to argue against just automating them out of the workforce. Good luck!

I can't understand why on a Saturday morning @ 11 am, why this place had ONE cashier working. I don't get an hourly wage to scan my own groceries and there are no discounts given for self checkout

Walmart is known for wide selection this Walmart have some selection not to much on auto or electronic so I say 3 star because it's okay not great but cheap prices so nice. Large store but not so large also Thank you also for being good on check out in quick time.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered through the delivery service and 7 of my items were missing and I got 3 random items that didn't make any since to replace other items with. Example: no coconut milk, so they gave me sour cream?? I called customer service The first time: told me someone from the store would give me a call. Which never happened. The second time: told me someone would call and gave me a corresponding number with a name of the head of grocery associate. Never received a call so I called the number. I was then told that no one named Eliza works there The third time: rep was extremely discriminative over the phone and acted skeptical towards me over the phone. I asked if there was any way to get my groceries to me and she said she only does refunds. This is the most frustrating batch of groceries. I don't have half of the the items I need to make breakfast lunch or dinner. This is a warning to others because I don't want anyone to go through this. Sticking with amazon. Walmart can ROT .
