So Walmart has decided not to hire cashiers. This store is now a self checkout. The lines are unbelievable! Hello Socialism!! The American people voted for this. So sad!!!

The pick-up service here is broken. About 30% of the time there is a problem. Today I had an pick-up order to be ready from 2-3PM. I approved a couple substitutions from the super duper text service. But then I never got a text that the order was ready for pick-up. I called the number on the "orange signs" around 4:20 PM. Someone said the order was ready and come pick it up. I got there around 4:25PM and then waited another 20 minutes before the order came out. When I got home I discovered I was charged for a Great Value quart and half Vanilla that I didn't get. When I checked the website it said "too late" to make a claim for a refund or any rectification.

They have someone at the front making sure people wear masks. That's good. There are arrows asking people to go in one direction in the aisles. People don't follow this and don't seem to care. It's best to go during non crowded times to avoid problems.

Always a mess and not well stocked. I only stop at this location when I need to go to the Sams next door. They added more self-checkouts which is nice and relieved some of the lines.

If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever is stocking products here are just throwing stuff wherever they can. I was the second person to bring multiple items just to be told they weren't the price displayed. Manager came over and didn't care. Mayra the CSR that checked me out in the garden center was super nice and sweet though. Promote Mayra and demote Ardy. He offered the lady in front of me 10% discount on her items since it was priced wrong but just disregarded my items.

Horrible customer service. Trying to return a mattress that I purchased on Walmart.com that was previously confirmed that this online order was canceled in time. Unfortunately this very heavy queen mattress appeared on my doorstep yesterday. I took to Walmart this morning, the lady at customer service was confused, she finally called supervisor. I waited another 15 minutes. The supervisor said their fedex printer label was down. I asked if I could leave the mattress, get my refund, and they could print the fedex label later when the printer was working. She said no. What!? So I had to haul this to another Walmart?

I went to pick up my passport photo and it wasn't until I arrived that it occurred for them to tell me that the printer was "not working". Don't even bother going to the photo center, it will be a complete waste of time!

I was planning on buying groceries and supplies from this store, but not anymore. Sam Walton personally had a policy to let RVs and others park overnight at locations because he stated, wanted and believed more everyday people should travel and see the USA. I stopped in to ask this location and they do not allow it. This location dishonors Sam Walton's legacy and goals in being a service to others. I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise others to do the same. I hope they will change their policy to encourage more travelers and honor Sam Walton's vision and wishes to help everyday people.

Update on my vacuum...I only used it 3 times and the rubber band inside broke and the motor burned out. I took it back without a box and without the actually receipt and only proof I had was my bank statement, customer service still refunded me the money. I bought a different brand of vacuum from the same Walmart. Great to customer service!

I would like to thank the employees for treating us well during this rush back to school. Every register was working but one. The biggest find of the day was the peach margarita made with agave wine.

Came here to buy a vacuum cleaner. The employees were very helpful. This Walmart was clean, parking was easy and staff was friendly. This one was better than some other Walmarts I've been to.

Shitty ! I came in for a vacuum got one that cost me 140$ ended up spending 300$ on other items. When I got home to open the vacuum there was a bunch of fucken toys in it!!! Came back I'm here and the assistant manager says he can't do anything till they check the cameras. Wtf your a manager and can't do anything about it ?!?!? Why are you even here then!!

Typical Walmart. Only bought non food items. Produce didn't look fresh... some literally had dirt on it. I know it has to be washed but still not appealing. After standing in line for 15 minutes... clerk turned her light off and refused to cash me out. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Low food at a great price. Assortment of toilet paper at communal prices I hate flushing my money down the toilet. I'll say this let's hope they stay in business guys like thiare far better than robots although he is acting a little odd. I m actually just looking for a burrito you'd think I was stealing his 1972 Chevy nova or doing something with his mother when he leaves for work. Wait gotta go.

This is my 2nd time using the Pickup kiosk and both times I receive the confirmation that my order is ready. I get to the store scan phone get a message that item is on its way. After 10 minutes I try to get help. Kiosk is right in front of customer service and no one is willing to help just someone will be with you. First time had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and another 15 to get item. Second time took 10 minutes to get someone to help me and another 10 to get items. Both times items where not even in kiosk. It would have been less time consuming to go and get items myself. Will not be using anymore, just a waste of time.
