Best Walmart I have EVER been to. Wide range of selections. Read other reviews saying the tire center was questionable. Went to experience it for myself and have to say I COMPLETELY disagree. They had a full service key center, tires, and all of the overhead lights were working. AMAZING Walmart. I would honestly recommend this for a first date. That's how much I love it.

Possibly the sketchiest Walmart we have ever been to. Remember in Home Alone 2 when Kevin is alone and afraid in NYC and gets into a taxi and says "Boy! It's scary out there." And the taxi driver says, "Ain't much better in here kid." Yeah, that pretty much sums up this Walmart. My family and I were staying in the Holiday Inn Express across the street and urgently needed diapers. Judging from the area upon driving in, we wanted to get in and out of Walmart before the sun set. In late February, the parking lot looked as though it was Black Friday. I couldn't BELIEVE how many people were at this place, around 6:30-7pm on a Saturday night. Goodie. The set up of this store was unlike any Walmart I've ever been to. (Normally, the pharmacy is along the outer wall, usually right when you enter... this Walmart has the pharmacy smack dab in the middle of the store. Strange.) Since we didn't want to be in here longer than we had to, we asked a worker for where the diapers were located. The slightest positive is that the gentleman we asked was friendly when he told us. The store seemed to be in complete disarray. Discarded items were left wherever. Piles of unwanted items were stacked up all around the price scanners. It was a mess. Oh and then there was the part where we walked past a customer who sh*t his pants. At first we thought it was our kid (hence being there to get the diapers)... well, it wasn't our kid. It was literally a grownup. A quick self checkout to avoid waiting in a line and we were out the door... never to return again! Having a panhandler try to money out of us on our way to the car was the icing on the cake.

I feel like I probably pay Walmart rent every month. I visit just about everyday lol Friendly staff, most of the time I'm in and out in the checkout line and always have what I need.

The tire department here is absolutely terrible. I'm still here waiting on someone to help and there's 4 employees standing by the door doing nothing. The cashier "can't do anything" because the order has to be done by a mechanic since it's a tire install. I was going to buy four new tires but the service is so bad I'm getting the one I brought with me and then buying the other 3 I need from pep boys.

THIS is a real puzzler to me. In the COVID-19 Pandemic era WHY does Walmart allow so called "parents" to enter their store(s) with their unprotected infants and small children in tow? I see this irresponsible behavior dozens of times on every visit. 1. Put a sign up. 2. Masked them up. 3. Turn them away.

I will not be returning to this store. This store has piss poor customer service. We made every attempt to get assistance in sporting goods. We even had 1 stocking aid person try everything in his power to get someone. There was a customer assistance call button that we pressed several times. Everything got ignored. We had several walk by us while we stood at the counter and never acknowledged us. We finally gave up and headed to check out the one item we did have. At the register, she acted as though she didnt want to deal with anyone. THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP!

This is the absolute WORST location of any I had visited, this is of course not saying much being any other walmart is utterly horrible as well but this one here takes it up to 11 in faulty service among many other things. Besides the usual UN-friendly costumer service, I now had to deal with a HORRIBLE employee named MARIA in pharmacy who is a total prude, talking back to customers and not caring how much of an insensitive horrid person she is. I even overheard heard her stating racist comments about black people. All of this and she still works here? I *did* complain to their manager on that department but nothing has ever changed. I keep calling and no one ever answers my calls about such awful employee. Then there's the fact the parking lot on this place is littered with HOMELESS VAGRANTS hiding behind cars and coming out to pester customers for money. Some of them even stop by the traffic light at the exit of the place to knock on windows during a red light. This has also been going on for YEARS and nothing is done about it, even when they got security patrolling the area. And now I hear shootouts are taking place here? That the store manager is asking her employees NOT to alert Police about threats of this type? I prefer to drive miles away for the next store than being killed here.

Might be the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Came in 2 hours before close and only had 2 registers open. Laughable. Had MANY employees standing around in the self checkout area not doing anything, which every one of those were closed. Why were they closed? Because it's Walmart. But needless to say this Walmart needs help and it's not in the best of neighborhoods either. I highly recommend to just stay away from this place. Drive another 10 miles to go to a Kroger or Tom Thumb, it's for the best.

Sat here for 30 minutes and asked multiple time about a oil change. Lady just said I'll be right with you a few times. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes with no one taking down my info or even acknowledging me there I just left. Worst service ever hands down

Don't waste your time with this pathetic a** store. I understand you can't really expect a whole lot from a Walmart, especially when it's in Oak Cliff - But this place is everything but nice. It's disgusting. They never have their aisles stocked, their staff are rude as hell and they can't even have their Self Checkout Lanes functioning. Their Online Shopping feature? Forget it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after they took 45 minutes to bring out my groceries, but this was the last straw. These lazy people bring out my order and decided to pick out the most wilted, old, disgusting and expired lettuce they could find. There was no effort. I'd give this place zero stars if i could, but they don't even deserve a Zero. This location deserves a big fat F for Failure to maintain a good foundation for their brand. Terr
