Store appears to never be fully stocked, employees less than helpful if you can find 1. Garden section a complete disgrace. 90% of plants dead, merchandise not priced, employee was pleasant but didn't know ANYTHING. Even dead plants were regular priced. Leaking refrigerators, long lines at the cash registers. Cashiers always nice, but that's not enough to make up for empty shelves week after week. Going to another location, clear mgmt doesn't care. Urban, inner city, ghetto merchant policies & mentality allowed to taint what could be an anchor for the community. Again, every employee I encounterd was very courteous & that I appreciate.

Nice clean store. Layout of the store is very roomy butt not crowded. Wish they had self-check lanes for those who only have 1 or 2 items, instead of going thru the main lanes.

Not yet done with the remodeling or product placement and store hours are shortened due to COVID-19 and remodel. Always a busy place to shop for anything but likely to have it and at a fair price. Wish they would extend hours of operation for late shift customer as before

Giving this a 4 Stars because the grocery pick up employees are genuinely the nicest people. I love seeing them when I pick up groceries, they’ve been a blessing during these times.

I placed a pickup order I was quite upset to find that one item each was placed in a bag and that my cookies had a big whole in the bag half my cookies was eating. ? When I called to get a replacement I was placed on hold for well over 15 minutes. As a matter of fact I'm on hold now! Oh yea when I called the main line I guess the person whom answered the phone didn't like me asking for her name so she hung up on me! This is the worst store in the Abrams area. I suggest you go a little ways out to get better service.

People can work here and not have csr experience. No one has a nice disposition (at all). Today alone, I spoke to 4 different associates, and none have manners or what appears to be good ho.e training. Personally, I wouldn't go back if they had another close

I came to get a gift for my friends kid birthday, and look at the atrocity I had to bring them.I tried asking for a discount since the box was in bad shape but the manager did not want to help at all! She said nothing was wrong with the box but clearly, these pictures show otherwise.I used to work in customer service and I know they have a policy in place to discount item if the box is in bad shape. Will file a complaint with corporate.Unacceptable.

Did grocery pickup. Not my normal store. Did the pickup here as it's on my way home from where I had gone to earlier in the day.Store is located on the north side of Forest Ln, there is a traffic light entrance which makes it easier to cross Forest if your on the south side, making a left into parking lot.The pickup location for this store is on the west side of the building at the back. I wasn't sure where it was when I got there, so I drove through the parking lot in front of the building. Next time, I'll go down the right side of the building and go to pickup via the back of the store.I had used the app before I left the prior place I had been, to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, I added my parking spot number. They were out with my items in about 4-5 minutes. If you don't let them know your on your way, it can take longer to get your items depending on how busy pickup is.Overall, was a great experience will use this store again, when I know ill be in the area.

Overall the store was clean and well kept. It was well staffed, which is always a challenge at grocery stores.That said, it did seem the shelves were more barren than normal in some departments. It didn't impact us today but is still a concerning sight. I have seen this issue at a couple or Walmarts lately.Still, no issues getting in and out for what we needed and it was a pleasant enough experience.

By far the absolute worst Walmart I think I've ever been to. Never in my life is in a place that has a lock up $1.99 thing of eyeliner. It's a shame that even when you're buying the cheapest of cheapest item you still have to find somebody and have them unlock the case because there's a bunch of sorry MFn Thieves in the area. Finally it's a damn shame that they have an employee looking through your cart and checking your receipts just walk out of the store. Last I checked this is America we don't just accuse people like that and how dare Walmart allow that to continue

False advertisement as far as the hours of operation. The ladies were literally standing behind the counter still at the electronics but said they could not unlock the headphones, but had plenty of time to sit around and talk. I have literally never heard of someone not being allowed to unlock an item that was advertised as for sale and the business advertised as open online. Trying to head out to New Orleans in the morning, and drove here for one item. What would be nice is if the employees did their jobs.

Worst Walmart I've come across so far and I've been to a lot in many different states this is for sure the worst Walmart in DFW! Rude and uneducated employees as well as the most uneducated and rude Customers! On top of that the parking lot is always full of trash and they are always out of everything! I could go on and on about how bad this Walmart is!
