Amazing mangonadas and snowcones may be found here. My visits to her have been regular ever since I was a young child. The combination of tiger's blood and cream is my favorite flavor. With the syrup and cream they add, they are really liberal.The staff is incredibly cordial and helpful. I've never had to wait for a very long time, and the service is always prompt.The store always smells great and is spotless. Everything is produced right in front of you, and the menus are incredibly colorful.
The snowcones and mangonadas here are amazing. I have been coming to her since I was little, and they're still consistent. My favorite flavor is tiger's blood with cream added. They are very generous with the amount of syrup and cream they put in. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The service is always quick, and I've never experienced a long wait. The store is always clean and smells wonderful. The menus are very colorful, and you are able to see everything made in front of you.

I ordered a corn in a cup, strawberries with cream, and tiger's blood flavored shaved ice with sweet cream. The corn in a cup was good. The strawberries and cream was good. The shaved ice was a great portion size and excellent. I'd definitely consider getting shaved ice on each of my future visits. Service was at an acceptable pace, and staff were friendly.

I have come to this location plenty of times before. But I have to say I was just there and the girl they had working there today has horrible customer service. We walked up to the register and she was on her phone. She acted like we were interrupting her phone time. Not once did she say welcome or how can I help you. I went ahead with the order. My sister doesn't speak very well English so she asked her in Spanish what flavors of popsicles/paleta they had. The girl helping us shrugged her shoulders and then decided after I gave her a look to tell her what flavors they had. She then went to prepare our order and she just put them on the counter she didn't say what snow-cone was what. Not only that both our snow-cones were dry but we didn't say anything. As we were leaving my daughter told her thank you and she didn't reply anything. So I decided to go back and ask for my receipt and to tell her she was rude. I will not be coming back it sucks that one person can change a business hard work. Please hire people who have good customer service and stop hiring people who don't want to be there.

My siblings love this place I can always come here for the cravings I feel the order should be backwards just bc u wanna add extra condiments and like u already paid… so if anything make the order first and then pay? But everything is always good here and the prices are reasonable
