I’ve now had multiple bad experiences at this lounge, both with staff and management. During one visit with coworkers, we sat down in a section near closing (only 20 minutes left). A bottle service staff member immediately asked if we were going to pay the bottle minimum. When my friend (who is Black) calmly explained the situation, the staff member (who is white) accused her of “yelling” when she absolutely wasn’t. This was a blatant microaggression, and she escalated things by calling security to remove us. Management did nothing to step in or resolve the situation. On a separate occasion, I went to speak with the manager about a deposit refund after our group couldn’t fulfill a reservation (one of our team members didn’t have their ID, so we had to go elsewhere). Instead of handling the matter with professionalism, she came out literally shaking her protein shake in front of me while I was trying to have a serious conversation. It was odd, and not at all how a manager should carry themselves. She clearly needs more training and oversight. Beyond that, the bartenders are extremely slow, the inside of the lounge is dirty, and I even saw roaches. Completely unacceptable conditions for a place trying to brand itself as an upscale rooftop experience. Between the microaggressions, unprofessional management, slow service, and unsanitary environment, I would never recommend this lounge to anyone.

Meagan and Jennifer were very sweet girls, they just need to work on sticking to sections on crazy nights! Ambience and music is ABSOLUTELY amazing, this would be a fun girls night

Went on a Friday night. Sometimes my ppl need to stay away from certain establishments. Whoever the black girl was that was working at the door had a very bad attitude. The Dj was good tho

I had a great time at the Waterproof. Great server,great atmosphere, great view of the City. They even upgraded my seating,which was perfect for the BDay party. The music selection could have been more commercially charted but it was ok.

Horrible Horrible Horrible !!!!!!!!!... Overpriced drinks paid 81$ for 4 green tea shots that were only pea size amount .....17$ for Malibu and Pineapple drink that has very little Malibu mostly juice . So basically paid 17 $ ... For just a cup of pineapple juice 🥤. Not to mention they send you to the second floor to try and pay you a ridiculous cover charge of 40$ per person ...but negotiated for 20$ a person after we we complained about the charge said 15 $ on web site . Stay away from this place .... It was a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡

Not for everyone. Lots of loud parties during summer with a specific type of crowd. There is a nice bar on the first floor, more laid back and with lots of activity options like pool tables, bowling alley, pin pon and live music.
