Apparently the "11am" open time is just for jokes. I understand all restaurants need prep time but that is why workers show up and hr or so early. Its ridiculous that it's almost 10 minutes past 11 and they still haven't opened their doors. I was clearly seen by employees in the kitchen and they ignored me. Very very poor customer service and I will be sure to let others know of this experience.

The food is really really good. Best falafel I’ve ever had. Moist and flavorful! I got the chicken and rice as well, delicious! Even the bread lol! of course a great tasting baklava as well! There was quite a few people and a big order and we didn’t wait too long. They were very polite as well! Will be back.

I ordered this food to go! It is a good serving size. It tasted good and very flavorful. It’s nice they have a Keto option, very accommodating for those with dietary restrictions. Just not a fan of the salad that was used, but overall good.

This is my go to place for Halel food. Everything is always hot and fresh. I always get the Tri boro combination lamb, beef , and chicken over rice but I have tried other things. The baklava is mouth watering ?. Keep in mind this establishment is in a busy artsy area. Sometimes my food is plated differently but that's ok. Parking can be tricky but they also give you the option to order online. I love this place and can't wait to return

I just placed an order through Uber eats and the restaurant canceled my order stating they are not taking any orders today. It is 1:40pm on a Friday and they close at 4am. They have a deal on uber eats for buy one get one free. I’m sure this is why the order was cancelled because they do not want to fulfill their promotion. I will not be attempting to support this business again.
