This is the 2nd time I went to Wendy's paid for a double and when I got home only had one patty on my burger. I need ppl to slow down. Again 2nd time im paying for something I didn't get. Plus. everyone know wendys doesn't do anything about it. That money is gone! On the bright side the staff was kind!

Short staffed location. The employees that do bother to show up are rude and don't care if they are out of a product, they don't help to resolve the issue. Inside floor is sticky and tables and benches are messy. Kitchen always look uncleaned. The employees clearly don't enjoy their job.

There was a young black man that was rushing me to order. I think he was the manager but I'm not sure. He asked me if I was going to order as I was sitting there transferring money to my other card so I was very uncomfortable I ordered a small drink and left ASAP then I finally got back to Irving TX where I live and I went into the Wendys on McArthur and they didn't rush me so I ordered a full meal and ate in peace for over an hour. I will never go back to that Dallas location ever again I will stay in Irving where I'm treated with respect instead of like a homeless bum and it's always your own race that treats you the worst..SMH

What a rude establishment, it was slow and was not even thanked or greeted. I waited for a while guy came back after 7 minutes handed me the food and no acknowledgment on what exactly to expect. weird experience and it’s getting more unfriendly as time goes

The white lady with the blue hair has an attitude problem..just rude and nasty, I could hear her arguing with someone else inside from my car…I can tell she’s probably a constant problem..either way she’s not nice and dosent need to work there if she hates it so much.
