The employees were shouting profanity loudly with children around. The place is dirty, the floor sticky, the tables trashy. My burger was so mediocrally made that I lost my appetite.

This place is horrible, staff say too much profanity, they fight, have kinda aggresive discusions, even with CHILDREN inside the restaurant. The floor is dirty-sticky, tables are gooey for some reason, there is trash everywhere. There is little to no fountain drinks. Food was vaguely prepared. Overall the atmosphere is really bad and I wouldn't recommend to any one to eat here.

Rudest Wendy’s in the continental United States. The staff treats anyone ordering as miserably as their lives must be. The girl working 6/26/25 at 10:00pm at the drive through window was straight up horrible at acting like this job pays her bills.

Restroom always out of order in the afternoon. Maybe they need a little help with the city of Dallas so they can fix it. The attitude of the employees. Definitely not recommended this Wendy's.

I recently visited Wendy's and ordered my favorite burger, the Baconator. As always, the food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Artimus, who was working the drive-thru, did an excellent job. He understood my order perfectly and even repeated it back to me to ensure there were no mistakes. Everything was spot on, and I left feeling very satisfied. Great job, Wendy's and Artimus!

Went through the drive thru twice last week. When driving around, noticed very dirty back door area. Upon arriving at the service window, it was and still is filthy. Disgusting. Obviously there is no cleaning or even a wipe down of the inside of the window area. The register and everything around it. Can't help but think the food preparation area is the same. Difficult to believe that a place of business like this has very poor management and apparently no cleaning procedures.
I have no intentions of going back there anytime soon. Hopefully others will take note and realize too that cleanliness is vital.

The ppl who is working in the store they just do keep talking to each other and let the customer wait and it looks like they don’t care people waiting to get their order so disappointed and the staff is very disrespectful
