Awful experience. I sent my husband to pick up an order for me using a code from the Wendy’s app on 4/1/2024. He came back saying the code wasn’t working and the lady at the drive through was rude. We ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and another 4 piece chicken nugget. I asked my husband to get me 3 different dipping sauces and he said the lady at the drive through said she can only give him ranch. So that’s all that was in my bag. 4 ranch dipping sauces. Fries were cold and so was my spicy chicken sandwich. I will never be ordering from this Wendy’s again. I actually worked at Wendy’s when I was 18 years old and it holds such a special place in my heart. I was really looking into enjoying my meal. But this experience was awful.

Not one of the good locations. Sometimes if they run out of an ingredient, they won't let you know. Then they act like their hands are tied when you complain about receiving something you didn't order.

Waited at drive thru while to they changed cashier, and then after ordering burger meal I noticed that I didn't have my fries. They took my bag to make it right, but when I got to my destination I still didn't have any fries.

I did not want a soft drink so the cashier offered me bottled water to go with my combo. He up charged for the water. Then when I got to the second window to pick up my order they tell me they don't have bottled water. So I was overcharged for nothing. And expensive fries were cold.

The chicken in my chicken sandwich was about 2 weeks old and stale as all could be.. my fries where tiny and soggy while my co workers meal had long fresh fries.. I get the wrong sauce asked for BBQ got sweet and sour... this is the absolute worst wendys I've ever been to ITS WORTH IT TO DRIVE 10 MINUTES AND GO TO A DIFFERENT WENDY'S BECAUSE THIS ONE IS AWFUL

The woman running the window last night (2/11/24) was extremely rude, and this was what my trash food looked like. Might be a good idea to not have awful customer service if you’re going to serve one of the worst burgers I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Won’t be wasting my money on this poorly run location again.

Placed an uber order through this location, the food was somehow stolen, and they told the delivery driver the situation and they refuse to make another for the uber order.No one answered the phones for resolve, so uber refunded.Usually a nice place with great workers, today was disappointing.
