manager that worked the night shift as of today dec 14 11pm was very rude and passive aggressive order was wrong didn’t receive receipt the manger was yelling at me as if i work there customer service is not good kept yelling i need u to get out my line terrible attitude made it seem like i was wrong for asking about my meal won’t be back

WE HAVE A WINNER 🏆🏆🏆!!! Visited the Wendy's on Short Blvd, had the chicken tenders, which I normally don't care for because the are usually dry & not so tender, but these tenders here were excellent, freshly hot, definitely tender with amazing light & crispy crust, Best ever!!! 😋 😋 Sorry Chick-fil-A, you should take notes!!!

We truly had a great experience here. We went through the drive-thru and did not have a long wait. Our orders were delivered to us with no mistakes and nothing forgotten-- that's always a huge plus in my book because it is rare to get a perfect order from a fast food restaurant with nothing missing. And they remembered EVERYTHING from the straws, ketchup, and food.
Customer service was phenomenal. We had a great experience with everyone we encountered. And I truly have to rave about my burger. I had the Baconator and it was absolutely perfect. My special requests for toppings was met exactly as I asked and everything was prepared perfectly. The burger was hot, juicy and absolutely delicious. The fries were great as well!
The only thing that was not perfect was my Cinnabon Pull-Apart was a little over cooked, but nothing major.
Truly, probably one of the best Wendy's restaurants we have encountered from the customer service to the food. I highly recommend to visit!

Worst Wendy's in Dallas. Most times I've gone they've messed up my orders. I've even called the corporate offices to complain and nothing has changed.

Zero stars if possible tbh. The woman working the register is lying about the combos, refuses to swap fries with a healthier plain potato or anything other than a fountain drink. They will skim your card here, don’t ever try to get anything at this Wendy’s. See previous reviews about the bugs!! 🐜
