Worst experience I have ever had in a Wendy's. After spending money and buying two meals I asked for the bathroom to be unlocked for the two elderly and disabled people with me. The rude girl checking people out said okay then proceeds to ignore me and finally says we won't open the bathroom. So thank God the IHop was nice next door and allowed them to use the restroom. Not only rude but also highly illegal.

The drive-through attendant doesn't understand primary school english . I asked him for a "plain" baked potato. He didn't understand a plain potato meant no chives, no cheese. So after a while, I gave up and left
He also kept referring to me as his man.
The cashier upset me even more. She started touching my hand when I handed her the card. Both of these employees need to just get fired.

I just visited Wendy's for breakfast and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered the English McMuffin sandwich, and it was hard as a rock — the muffin was toasted to the point of almost being burnt. It was clear that they knew it was overdone, yet they served it anyway. The texture was terrible, and it made the whole meal unenjoyable. To make matters worse, the food took forever to come out. I had to wait way too long, especially considering the place wasn’t even busy. I won’t be coming back for breakfast anytime soon.

I sat in line 20 mins the person who took my order had stank attitude the drive through took so long i went in to pay and get the food i walk in there was a chick with burgundy hair yelling at the other workers she is the same person who is yelling on the speaker i walked in i said i high im trying to pay for my order she looked at me and rolled her eyes so hard i immediately walked out im never going here again because it was all so uncalled for.

The poorest customer service! If you decide to order from this location make sure you go through the drive thru,That way you will know you will not be waiting as long as I was dining in and still did not get my order taken,you will be wasting your time dining in, the woman who work there around noon will ignore you even when they see you standing there at the front counter for 5 minutes in front of the registers,they will look at you ugily and will not greet you or say anything to acknowledge a customer!! If you’re not happy with your job!look for another career that will make you happy instead of walking around looking at others like they owe you!!
