Only in the Black and Hispanic neighborhood would you be greeted with a sign that says cash only, no mobile cards, credit or debit cards. My question is why open in the first place. I bought a Dave’s Jr. Frosty tag that I can never seem to use. Due to poor business or the frosty machine not working (De Soto)! Dave is spinning in his grace!

THE BEST WENDYS IN SOUTH OAK CLIFF! The customer service is always great and the food is so good. I always come in for breakfast and it’s always a 10/10. Always grape jelly and ketchup in the bag!

I don’t know what the problem is, or if your night manger is trying to be petty but every time we try to get food here at night our order is made wrong, last time i went i had to wait 15 minutes to even get my burgers back, after she continued to hand out a burger to another customer after i already put my hands on it, even though i verbally announced i touched it.

If you want to eat here, this place is slow. There was three people in front of me and took 20 minutes to reach the register to place my order. They prioritize Uber Eats / Door Dash / Drive through more than people who are eating here.Edit: I walked out getting my food due to the cashier and management don’t know how to substitute a large chili for French Fries.
Went in there today, 8:57 am, there was a 10 minute wait time for ORDERING. I understand that they need to prepare for customers but their opening time on sunday is at 8 am. Its expected to have things ready before time, even more so if youve had near an hour to still prepare for orders. They informed us there was only 2 of them working at this establishment so that contributed to this, I can only wish them luck. Around 5 cars were there and all left while being there, this doesnt seem to be well run.
