Messed up entire order from older fries to completely overlooking a spicy chicken patty on a spicy chicken sandwich. Wont be returning, when you mess up this bad when there are not many customers, that tells me the management doesn't care to keep orders straight.

I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome job, Andres!!!Kid-friendliness: Staff of mostly ladies love to give the kiddos attention!

I usually do mobile order here so my experience is different from most but as far as fast food in the area goes it's above average on quality and quantity.I just roll up, tell them my name, and go to the window to get my food. Very rarely do I need to wait extra and pull in front or something (looking at you McDonald's). That's my number one thing that keeps me coming back, food is ready immediately when I get there after placing my mobile order. Within 5-7 minutes. That's genuinely fantastic, please keep up the good work.What still kills it for me though is the overall lack of flavor/seasoning in the burgers? I don't know what Wendy's isn't doing that BK and McD's do but the burgers are just okay. That and the tomatoes are consistently bad. Still edible but mushy and mealy. Kills the vibe on what would otherwise be a pretty okay burger.Overall way better than other places in the area, just barely beating McDonald's further down the road due to the food ALWAYS being ready when I go pick up.My review is 5 stars but only because I can't do a 4.5, cause it's definitely better than just 4.

Is there a food shortage? Where's the rest of my food? Fries are 25% filled and not even cooked all the way. Missing 3 nuggets and the sodas taste like cleaner. The burger is atleast half the size it used to be.This has to be the nastiest Wendy's I have ever been to. The workers in the drive through are also extra salty. Terrible attitudes. You chose to work at Wendy's. If you're miserable maybe find another job. BUT I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO BRUSH UP ON YOUR SIMPLE MATH. A 10 PEICE NUGGET MEAL HAS 10 NUGGETS NOT 7.
