Horrible food, got me and family a quick bit and wish I would have just not stop at all! The burg8meat looked like it had sat out overnight not fresh at all nuggets same and fries look as if they were cooked in grease a month old

Older Hispanic woman took my order over the drive-thru. She told me the price and I asked for fresh freeze. Got to the drive through window. She didn't give me a straw with my drink I had to ask for one. And as soon as I got my order she told me it's extra for the sauce and I didn't even get a side of it. The fries were not fresh flimsy and hot like they were refried. And then lemonade is so damn sour. I can't even think straight with how pissed I am I just paid $16 for bulshit.

Rudest customer service ever. She was asking me what sauce I wanted at the window, I had asked for two different ones and she only wanted to give me one. I don't mind paying for another but before I could say anything she got frustrated and shut the window on me and cut me off. So another girl helped me out. They didn't get most of the order correct, I ordered a burger with mustard only, it came with ketchup. They charged me for medium fries even though I did not request that upgrade. Keep an eye on their order, check your receipt, they seem to like to upcharge without being asked.

Closing constantly before the time listed is bad enough, but when people pull up and you’re supposed to be open for 30 more minutes, responding to them through the drive through, and then waiting until THEY FINISH THEIR ORDER. Just to then say “We just turned off the lights, that means we’re closing” in the rudest tone possible, after someone gives you their entire order. If there was any other burger drive thru within a mile, this wendy’s would’ve been closed by now.

This the absolute worse Wendy’s in the whole state of Texas!!! They always get the order wrong and a few times there was hair in my food none of them wear hairnets and it takes forever to get your food just for it to be wrong! Go somewhere else not here
