This is HORRIBLE!!! I come back from Sherman TX make a visit to my favorite Wendy's restaurant only to find it REMODELED inside and out!!! It's just like the McDonald's on Skillman/Royal ln (remodeled in late 2022). I've been coming to this Wendy's location since 2019 and I like the previous look better. You know what they say: if it ain't broken, don't fix it!Oh, one more thing: they even installed a keypad code lock on the bathroom doors, so you have to ASK PERMISSION to use the restroom. They are missing items from orders and it’s consistent enough that I have to make this review. As we were ordering some guy walked in because they forgot 2 items in his order. Then we were thinking she would not mess up ours next, but guess what, she did. 3 combos and only 2 were in there. The problem is that she was literally reading from the screen?!?
Mid tier. Went tonight and they forgot my drinks and avoided helping me when I went to the window. Other nights they are nice.

Placed a mobile order and I accidentally forgot to make my son's chicken plain when I let them know the manger was very nice about it and even though they already made my food she had the remake the sandwich. The food was very hot and delicious. Great job and thank you very
I love going to this location.. Ms.Ruby is the manager and when I tell you she deserves her flowers for good customer service and managing Wendy's with professionalism.. she does.. I really appreciate her always being so nice and kind.. this is by far my favorite Wendy's.. actually, this is the only Wendy's I go too..
