The experience is horrible and unpleasant I came to this drive-through at least three times this week and my breakfast was cold. The person taking my order has no patience, and their customer service is horrible.(SOSAMMA) Good Bye Wendy’s franchise is Dallas I won’t miss you.

Tired of being told to pull up to the corner of the building so y’all can PRETEND it doesn’t take as long to get the order out. I ordered from my house on a mobile app. You had plenty of time to have my order ready. It took your guy about 30 seconds to meet us at the corner. Why don’t you let corporate know how long it ACTUALLY takes to complete an order instead of trying to CHEAT and make yourself look better than you really are!!

The young man that waited on me was exceptional, he was a young black man whose name started with a J. He greeted me when I walked in. He made suggestions and answered every question I had, he was very friendly and outgoing. He was still in High School and had a very positive attitude, I had a Taco Salad and a cup of Chilli. Except for the fact that they made the salad with part of the core of the head of lettuce, which back in the day was thrown away because it's hard and takes away from the salad.

The guy was nice key word was nice I paid $30 for burger fries drink and 20 nuggets and was told to pull up to some yellow line and waited 10mins and fool brought out 4 hamburgers regular one's and didn't check till I got home considering I was only one in line unacceptable it's only 845pm why and how did you mess that up I want a refund and never going back to Wendy's ever
