How hard is it to listen to the customer's order, correctly recorded in the system, and correctly executed as it is displayed on the monitor?
Apparently, it is harder than what the minimum wage torps at this Wendy's are capable of achieving.

I honestly can’t stand Wendy’s. If it weren’t for the strawberry lemonade and the Frosty, I wouldn’t step foot in this place at all.
The breakfast sandwich was disgusting. Who thought it was a good idea to use creamy cheese instead of a normal slice? It completely ruined the sandwich.
And to make it worse, the woman working the drive-thru was rude and acted like helping us was an inconvenience.
Between the nasty food and the attitude, this location seriously needs improvement.

I am understanding of the stressful nature of the fast food industry, but the cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had an online order and asked her if it was ready and she refused to let me know and Instead gave me an attitude told me I can check myself —I will never return to this location, I had ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which was cold and the patty looked dehydrated and not fresh almost like it’s been sitting there for weeks. My chicken nuggets, however, were very fresh but I did notice that in general Wendy’s has downsize the size of their nuggets and burgers. I’m disappointed.

The guy at the front was nice, but they have no drink options (like most of them are gone you only have like sprite) I asked for sweet and sour but got sweet chili instead, nuggets looked like 2nd hand dogs hit and the fries were the only thing that was somewhat normal, I see why it's so empty here

So I was going to school and decided to try Wendy's. The food was terrible, the cheese was way too processed, tasted nasty. The sausage patty tasted just like McDonald's lacking originality. Would NOT come again for breakfast.

Got e.coli and salmonella poisoning after eating at this location. Spent a week in the hospital. On top of that they got my order wrong. Shut this location down.

The drive-thru workers during the day are trash I literally said meat and cheese on my burger and they still put ketchup pickles and everything else on it like why don't people learn to listen

Came here 3 separate times, they never get the order right. No matter how many time we repeat ourselves or try to correct them, it’s always done wrong. They’re always on their phone and not even paying attention. Always getting over charged because the night crew can never get anything right. Feels like a whole clown circus in this Wendy’s.
