So I ordered pickup in app got to window order was wrong they remade it and again still no bacon so I’m here now getting my whole order remade for a 3rd time because after 30 mins of wrong now the rest of my order is cold.

The food sucked, it feels like it was sitting there for hours. It's not fresh, it's stale. It's hard as a rock. Tried to call and complain,
to see if I could could come and get a fresh order of spicy nuggets. I was on hold for 15 minutes. They just talked to customers while I held. Nobody would answer, to speak with me on the phone. What an awful experience. Literally stood at the cash register for 10 min while the associate looked at me multiple times while she was putting nuggets into a bag, dumping fries from the fryer, and even walked past me multiple times. She didn’t acknowledge I was there. Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and today I I left and went to McDonalds. Maybe my favorite has changed, too bad.

The service is so so so bad. I have worked fast food before, this was insane. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up my mobile order placed 20 minutes prior to arriving, finally got to the window and was told it was a “pick up in store” order and she doesn’t have time to go grab it and said it’s my fault. Meanwhile i literally see the order RIGHTTTT behind her, legit maybe 4-5 steps. They don’t check out the orders or anything so it wouldn’t have mattered for her to go grab it. Bad attitudes all around, food is getting super expensive here for the quality. Super disappointed

Service was horrible when I went thru the drive thru this evening. I was told to hold on a minute so I chilled for a few minutes not thinking it would be long. Then about 8 to 10 minutes went by so I said hello to the speaker and they told me to hold on. I would understand if they where busy but there was not 1 person in the drive thru. I told them nevermind and we left and went to sonic across the street. Don't recommend this location to anyone.
