Well, i walk to the Front counter to order some breakfast and one of the managers (BJ) was rushing me with a very aggressive attitude while i was trying to pull up my order on my phone. He also wanted to go back and forth verbally .I just walked off to avoid the negative energy because who needs that to start there morning off that way. I get you dont like working but dont take it out on your customers its your job. Last week i had also seen a customer and a wendys employee almost fighting. Ive also talked to one of their employees and they said that none of their food is fresh and will leave a patty sitting on grill for 4 hours+. I can confirm this with a name of the employee as well. This place is terrible and needs better staff with a more positive culture.

Drove through the drive thru about 2 hrs before close. They said for some reason they were only accepting mobile orders. So I parked and placed a mobile order. They canceled my order. As I watched multiple cars try and do the same thing. Probably about 15-20 cars in 20 mins. Every single one of them being turned away, or their order canceled.

Employee moral here is as low as can be. It seems all employees I’ve encountered here are either rude or visibly miserable to be at work. And as of result, the service is just trash.

Something told me not to order Wendy’s at night! I had a mobile order with a jr bacon cheeseburger and there was mold on the bread! I immediately took a pic and threw it away. I also had a Dave’s double and guess what, there was mold on the bun! I’m definitely going there tomorrow with the pic of the mold!! So I presume they’re using old buns during the night shift! I’m disappointed and disgusted.

I came to the drive thru to order a cheese potato and was given a chili and cheese potato when I let the girl erika at the drive thru know i didn't order chili cheese potato she gave me so much attitude I just took the order keep in mind I'm on my lunch break with no time to play with someone who has an attitudeI just will not return

I wanted to take this moment to mention Keivn inside this wendys he is a hard worker and talks to the customers very polite and he understands his job very well I felt like he needed recognition for the way he handled us and how he made me want to tell everyone if you are in the area stop in and say hi thanks Kevin and we will come back.

Only thibg keeping wendys afloat is their corporate chefs. Food actually still tastes p damn good when its made properly. Too bad pretty most of their stores are garbage. This one has a completely broken feeestyle machine and pretty much every drink was out.
