Went in after driving all day. Had to wait 10 minutes with no one in line because of the blonde head lady & tall Hispanic guy was too busy talking. The other guy was busy in back. The guy & girl laughing but there area is so dirty. No one has on gloves but the cook. The fry guy playing and fixing fries with no gloves. The girl in drive thru with no gloves playing & handling food. Now days customer service doesn’t exist! And the all looked like the needed showers & hair washed ??♀️ this place needs somebody’s over 40 mommy as the manger. She would have that place clean!! The pilot area of store & staff was clean, polite & good customer service. Will visit the pilot again but will eat before I have to park.

I came in the morning shift listen the Latino lady Manager dropped the coffee top in a lady's cup then grabbed it out with her hair fingers I actually have it on Video if anyone ever wanna challenge me too what I am saying......The part that got me mad was when asking her was she gonna still pass that through the drive through window she got an attitude how trifling and trashy of a manager and this is the type of things these managers are doing then how are you gone get an attitude and your causing a health risk.. talk about low class service and being treated like a dog I would stay away from this WENDYS

Total hood Wendy's. Out of all salads but Caesar so I got that and ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives and a chili. Thank goodness I ordered the salad and chili because the potato was so brown that I thought it was burnt. I was able to mash it so it wasn't burnt but very, very old. I couldn't believe they served me that. So that money was wasted. No customer service at all.

So hard to find employees who welcome and greet customers and listen to their order now a days . I ordered food without a specific item on it, and yet it was on it . Also, the food was so tasteless I felt eating hot rubber . Nariah was rude . Me and another 4 customer walked up to the counter with a smile and said hi to her . She didn'tGreet single one of them ????? work ethic is gone behind the moon
