Just went through the drive through and ordered a salad, and a chicken sandwich meal plus small fries and nuggets for my child. Got home and the meal does not have any fries with it!! And also, no receipt! So now we are trying to split one small fry between two people. For $30!!!! Seriously! I tried to call as soon as I got home, but of course no one answers and the voice mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Very frustrated and disappointed. No excuses for these type of obvious mistakes!!

The workers need a better attitude and need to learn how to talk to customers right and not try and fight with them, in front of my kid's I should say, other than that the food was good but one mistake they made and choose to fight with me over it so I had to point it out on there screen what was not to go on my sons hamburger

I do not know anymore! Wendy's is a dieing place, not just this one but all of them! The staff behind the counter was nice but only spoke spanish. My new cups they gave had water in them.
I've heard of horror stories of staff washing out cups and reusing them to cut cost. So I asked for new cups. It was just sketchy. Too bad this is the better option in my area. The prices are crazy. Not a fan of $12 for a burger and fries. The soda machine was not working and was limited to a few soda options that my kids did not find tasty.... they did not like the diet options available.
Easy to find parking. Very few patrons. It might be another 6 months to talk myself in going back. I can eat at a sit down restaurant for a similar price for myself and 3 kids.
This is my opinion and experience and impression of what I see and experienced.

Hasn’t been updated in decades - feels like I’m in some rural town where this is the only restaurant. Badly needs a remodel. Soda machine was out of everything except Powerade and HiC. Multiple flies bothered us. Now that I’ve seen the dining room I won’t be using the drive through either.

I guess the drive thru window is broken or something?? They had me reverse back away from the drive thru window after ordering… then shut the window when I left?? Just weird guy at the window wasn’t very nice about it
