I was sooo disappointed. I ordered a Dave's double stack with bacon. Just terrible. For almost $9.00, it should have been scrumptious. The Dave single was 100% better the week before. Coming home from work at nite and tired, all I could think about was a nice juicy burger and all I got instead was dry bread, dry meat, no favor, etc. PLEASE get better or i'll just stop coming

Drive through on December 11 between 5:30-6:30. Ordered my child dinner Handed the cashier at the 2nd window my card….. a young man came and handed me the food and drink. So now I’m just Sitting waiting for the cashier who was doing a lot to hand me my card back.. she comes to the window asking for payment… I told her ma’am I paid for my food, transaction went through, please hand me my card….Get home my child eats…. 2 am she wakes up throwing up nonestop!!!!Food poisoned!!! Please check your orders before eating. I won’t be visiting this location again!

This morning I ordered a coffee and a Baconator meal. The coffee was wrong but my biggest complaint is the burger/breakfast sandwich. It had a sour old taste ?. I had been wanting this for 2 days now and was very much let down. The service was friendly but not really great with communication either. I would have to go to another location for Wendy's.

Customer service is horrible, older Hispanic lady that was on the 2nd window has the worst attitude and is extremely rude for no reason. Aside from the bad customer service I was given two reheated chicken sandwiches that were hard and had to be thrown out, I will not be going to this location anymore.

As usual the food was good.. only thing I did not enjoy was my host, Oralia, as it reads on my receipt. She showed no welcoming smiles, seemed to have an attitude, didn't say "thank you" or "you're welcome" at all. She acted as though she did not want to be there.. Also, as I was coming out of the restroom, I heard her say to another employee, "I want to go home". Clearly she wasn't having a good day, we all have bad days, but still be considerate of your customers.
