The potato wedges were burnt. Paid for white foam mocha iced coffee but received a caramel with no white foam. The young gentleman must’ve had a rough morning start because he’s attitude is depressing.

I ordered the bacon fries out of all the Wendy's I been going this Wendy's as excellent fresh food my fries was so delicious and fresh I can imagine how all the other food taste excellent customer service thanks ladies

I just left Wendy's right now and felt very judged and didn't want to be served due to my appearance. Yes. I'm coming out of homelessness because I've gone days without eating so I don't look up the power but I'm coming up in my life right now and Melissa the night manager. I'm guessing made me feel very bad about myself. To where, when I wanted to order a frosty after I was done eating my food, I wanted to order it and she seemed like she didn't want to take my order. So a young man offered to take the order and was so kind and attentive and I appreciate you for telling me Melissa's name. She's the night manager. And for making me feel like a human being. But other than that, the food was good. Just please be mindful of people's appearances because you don't know what they're going through

Tonight I spent $5 on three chicken tenders that looked like this. Two were so hard and overcooked that they were completely inedible. Whoever worked the line on Oct.19 just after 7 p.m., you knew exactly what you were doing when you threw these dog treats into the bag!
