I talked to them first over the phone and asked why they keep doing this??? We spend $30 every time .They act like they did not know who he was and it was another Wendy’s . When he just left their store inside . She said she will refund our money plus make the food over cause this happens all the time. When we got there Tom is at the front being a bully and disrespectful. We come here and give this Wendy’s business 3 times a week or more for months. Several times they are rolling their eyes. Speaking in Spanish in a disrespectful tone of voice. My son is a teenager and they treat him very disrespectful especially when they mess up the order. Today was the last straw Tom especially should not be in customer service. He screamed at me and my son. He then accuse my son of not paying cash and refuse the refund. Insisting he paid with a visa . Which he do not. When he finally realized he is wrong .Tom never apologized for his wrongdoing. If you are black I would not recommend this Wendy’s. Very discriminating and disrespectful. I work in service industry as well. This is not ok!!! I need to talk to corporate or whoever is over this store immediately.

Ordered bacon mushrooms cheese burger. Ask for extra onions and mushrooms and 2 more patties, got less than a slice of onion,three pieces of mushrooms. Their was not any cheese between the two extra patties and all 3 patties were unseasoned and extremely dry,

They just refused to give me my grubhub order. Even though it shows ready for pick up, they said they didn't receive any order by my name. I showed them the online order confirmation and email and everything they asked. After waiting by the window for more than 35 minutes, grubhub refunded my money and sent me a coupon for my inconvenience, and I left without my order. They are very uneducated and unprofessional. In fact, it is the worst customer service I've ever had. I'll never order from Wendy's again. I also don't recommend anyone to order from Wendy's at all. Trust me, the service is really bad 👎.

Open at 5am for urinating contest. Orderer put order in correctly but she has to have the old white guy come look at it. Ordered no egg there was egg on the croissant, the lemon flavored icing was stuck to lid, and they didn't give me a straw.

This place deserves 5 stars from me, but not today. The lady who took my order had selective hearing loss. She kept saying "huh" and took long to give me my drink. Heck, she didn't even greet me beforehand. 😂😂😂 Maybe you should go pack chocolates off a conveyor belt like Lucille Ball instead of saying "huh" every 5 seconds.

My orders are always missing customizations. Like asking for ketchup and mustard or a burger, or onions — 80% of the time they dont do it even when theyre not busy.
