This was my first time visiting this location(1/10 around 3:45). I placed my order in the drive thru. The two employees that assisted me with taking my order and at the window were both very friendly and had great customer service. I really appreciate that.

Ordered a baconator and got this sad burger with two little strips of soggy bacon. The lady was real rude too. She obviously didn’t want to be there. Barely any fries in the packet. Only about half full I can’t believe I paid $15 for this… Never going back to this Wendy’s

DONE with this location, finally got the chicken tenders finally and they are very dry also I ordered the spicy chili sauce but got honey mustard that I absolutely find disgusting. Always bad service!

large woman who worked the front counter had an attitude the moment we walked in rushing us to order when we weren't even near the counter yet. ordered a few things then she talked to us in a very demeaning and angry tone of how to pay with tap. ..sorry not my fault we don't understand how your delayed and broken tap to pay functions...seemed like she didn't wanna be there and looked unprofessional and like she just hopped her way out of bed and clocked in. come here if you like to get yelled at for ordering food.

This location love to shut down and say they system down and they don’t think it will be up before they close mind you it’s 1:50 and they wonder why they don’t have customers cooperate need to do something if you don’t want to be open change the time signed a mad customer it’s so inconvient

This crew is completely incompetent! I came to the window and gave the name for a online pickup. A man confirmed it. After sitting in their line for 20 minutes or more, the female asked for the name and then couldn't find the order. She kept walking around asking everyone. Another man came and asked me the name for the 5th time. Finally, 3rd person came and told me someone else already picked up this order. I will never come to this location again and dont recommend it to anyone.
