This is my neighborhood Wendy’s, and honestly I never had any issues here, my food is always fresh, the staff is always nice, I bring my dog often through the drive-thru, they show her love as well, my order has always been correct each time, everyone I encounter is super friendly, which is rare at fast food spots, anytime I want Wendy’s I def come to this location no cap!

Why the hell are people inside this restaurant and not taking orders like the restaurant is closed. I pulled up to the drive-thru and said hello several times to no answer pulled around front looked in the window and seen at least three employees in there working but refused to take my order at the drive-thru, on top of the fact that there's a sign that says breakfast served at 6:30 and the time is 7:52

So me and my friend went in the restaurant we order food laterally sat down and the manager there says we cant stay there for 30 min lmao if we ordered or didn’t he was so nasty and he was profiling for sure I don’t appreciate that at all!!!!

Too good at making good food, too nice, too accurate on my complicated orders, too hot and fresh. Avoid this location, or you’ll wanna eat Wendy’s every day.

DIARRHEA 12 dollars for a diarrhea special. How can they be so expensive and every single thing is not edible? it used to be great, the fries used to be the best, nowthey are soggy and five dollars. even the coca cola tasted way off, not enough syrup

The staff here goes out of their way to provide great service. I didn’t wait to get a bag of coffee creamers and as I drove off I see an employee run across the parking lot to stop me and make sure I got the coffee creamer. That’s customer service.

I visited this location on 09/27 @ 11:44 pm using the drive thru. I was told at the speaker box I couldn’t make 2 orders . I visit this location every night it’s never an issues until tonight . I proceed to pull to the 2nd window. I asked for the manager and the guy at the window stated he was the manager. I asked why couldn’t I place a 2nd order? “Raul stated because we’re short staffed “ I could visibly see workers standing around. I understand if the restaurant was short -staffed however no one was in line . It’s been nothing but poor customer service since Raul started at this location and the food wasn’t hot at all . I will definitely speak and email the corporate office to let them know you need coaching with customer service and training on how to operate the scanner.

Received the most disgusting breakfast sandwich from here this morning. Wasn't warm, sausage was burnt, and English muffin wasn't toasted. Drive through worker told me to pull to second window, I did, the she said it would be a minute so go back to the first window. I did so reluctantly. The They start whistling at me to come back to the first window. What the hell is going on over there.
