DIARRHEA 12 dollars for a diarrhea special. How can they be so expensive and every single thing is not edible? it used to be great, the fries used to be the best, nowthey are soggy and five dollars. even the coca cola tasted way off, not enough syrup

The staff here goes out of their way to provide great service. I didn’t wait to get a bag of coffee creamers and as I drove off I see an employee run across the parking lot to stop me and make sure I got the coffee creamer. That’s customer service.

I visited this location on 09/27 @ 11:44 pm using the drive thru. I was told at the speaker box I couldn’t make 2 orders . I visit this location every night it’s never an issues until tonight . I proceed to pull to the 2nd window. I asked for the manager and the guy at the window stated he was the manager. I asked why couldn’t I place a 2nd order? “Raul stated because we’re short staffed “ I could visibly see workers standing around. I understand if the restaurant was short -staffed however no one was in line . It’s been nothing but poor customer service since Raul started at this location and the food wasn’t hot at all . I will definitely speak and email the corporate office to let them know you need coaching with customer service and training on how to operate the scanner.

Received the most disgusting breakfast sandwich from here this morning. Wasn't warm, sausage was burnt, and English muffin wasn't toasted. Drive through worker told me to pull to second window, I did, the she said it would be a minute so go back to the first window. I did so reluctantly. The They start whistling at me to come back to the first window. What the hell is going on over there.

The worst drive thru food I’ve had in a while. Everything was lukewarm and made with no care. Don’t be open late if you can’t keep consistency during all hours. I’d be wasting my gas to drive back and actually have y’all do anything about this. This meal really made me want to never eat fast food again and just cook at home. It’s cheaper anyways. $13 for a chicken sandwich? You should be ashamed of yourself. Or me rather for actually giving y’all my hard earned money.

I cannot believe the horrible staff they have at this location. I had just approached the speaker and the lady was absolutely rude. I kept trying to be polite but these employees had no manners I was also charged for the wrong order ?

My teammate and I took a group of 4th grade students to Wendy’s for a mini field trip for passing their yearly growth goals (23 students in total plus two teachers). Let me tell you when I say customer service was excellent I mean it. A lot of these students have never ordered their own food before but the lady at the register was patient (I did not get her name) but she was incredible. She greeted them with a smile, she didn’t rush them and even told the “great job”. I know they didn’t have a full team because we did get there before the lunch rush but everything ran so smooth. As we were walking out and crossing the crosswalk one of the employees yells and waves goodbye from the drive through window and we thanked them again. Thank you Wendy’s for serving us and being great to us.
