completely incompetent staff. they couldn’t get my order right. and then argued with me when they gave me the wrong food. walk the extra few gates to chick fil a. literally two chicken burgers and they gave me beef burgers.

Ice and drinks are filled behind the counter out of customer view. Mine was 75% ice and the drink was gone before they got my sandwich out. When I pointed out it was mostly ice and little drink, I was just told it would be $1.08 for a refill. That is bad business and certainly makes me want to avoid patronizing a company they does that. Dave would not be proud…

Michael the manager on jun 7th 2025, explained that its Wendy's policy not to accept cash with small imperfections. This is just not how things work in the united states. Please remove the incompetent employees working here and replace them with people who understand how things work in the US.

Horrible service, manager put half cup onion in my chili, didn’t give any crackers had to get up and ask, then they spelled my name as Michelle and called it out as so instead of Michael. Horrible place I threw the extra onion on table for them to clean 🤠💁🏻‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Order a combo#1 for my gf. The croissants smelled terrible like it’s been fermented for some good days already. I asked them nicely to check if this smell is normal or not and the lady in the kitchen gave me hella an attitude. They still gave me another one which smelled more like food.
Still that attitude was unacceptable, shame on you Wendy’s.
