Airports are busy, and everyone is in a hurry and impatient. my flight was delayed, so i grabbed lunch here. Suzan took my order. She was so sweet and had a big smile. it made my day. we need more Suzans in the world.

Breakfast was horrible . I received cold , stale seasoned potatoes. I threw my sausage biscuit away due to the fact it was half cooked . I don’t know what happened , but their breakfast use to be consistently decent. It’s a shame consumers pay more for less than quality food and service. This is my third and last time . Someone is going to get sick eating here . I will say that Knyce, the cashier was professional, courteous, and was handling a line full of airport passengers with the biggest smile. She was a really cute young lady with a wonderful personality.

Wendy’s you MUST do better! The long wait times and lines are totally unacceptable!! I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and my name was never called I walked up to the counter and asked about my order and the girl said ummmm I don’t think we’re going in order. So I waited another 10min and at that point just asked for a refund because my time is not to be spent waiting at an establishment with poor customer service.

I went to the counter to request a refund and the young man did whatever he needed to do and when I noticed the refund did not immediately go back on my Apple Card I asked him about it and his response was “oh well I don’t know”! And my refund was never returned and I will be contacting corporate. It’s early in the morning and people are close to kissing flight’s because they haven’t received the food that they paid for. I will NEVER return to this Wendy’s again. And management if you read this…get down there and HELP YOUR STAFF!!!

Ordered a Dave’s single combo. At 11:50a today… over 15 minutes went by and I still hadn’t received my food. To their credit (or my discredit lol) there were at least 6 or 7 others with multiple orders waiting for their orders. Had I been more observant, I probably wouldn’t have ordered there. Ended up leaving my receipt with someone else and hopefully they were able to take me food…didn’t want to waste it. VERY SLOW FOR AN AIRPORT LOCATION.

I'm only reviewing on what I saw. I went in yesterday... Aug 24, 2024 around 3:30pm ordered fries. The fries were hot. But while I was standing there I witnessed two things that will be in my mind each time I even think about going back. First... one of the mgrs stuck his hand in the ice bucket in the front and scooped some ice out and put in his green drink (disgusting) then I saw the young lady make a mistake and knock over all the cups near her register. ... you could tell she was thinking about just picking them up and putting them back after they fell on the floor. I'm standing there watching....she did put them back in the original spot at first but I think she noticed that she was being watched so another worker came and helped her pick them up and took them to the back. I'm SURE they were put back on the counter after some time. I know restaurants do stuff behind the scenes but to physically see it and for it to be a manager who dips his bare hands in the ice let's me know they are doing a LOT more GROSS things with our food at DFW Wendys.

Absolutely vulgar attempt at edible food. The frosty coffee was monstrosity. I was expecting a traditional frosty butttt no, instead, old coffee and melted frosty juice and gag. Also first time ordering breakfast from a wendys; sub par compared to competitors. Patty was dry, egg was egglike and flat. Stale ‘english muffin’ and crumbly biscuit. Pretty sure that was my last Wendys visit. Worth skipping.

Well first off they only sell a 6 pc French toast stick instead of a 4 which is also on the menu. So that’s interesting, also I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant..they put a random chicken patty on it instead of the chicken that actually is usually on the sandwich. Terrible service honestly. Just order something simple, & hope they can manage.
