We saw that Wendy's was still open on our way back to our rental from the arcade. They're open till 2 am so perfect for a late night meal. We ordered 3 combo's. Had to wait for the spicy chicken sandwich to cook, but it only took about 6 minutes & everything was ready & hot & delicious. Friendly and fast service.

I ordered a drink with no Ice they gave me a cup of Ice with some drink. The nuggets were nasty. Sandwich was so cold it was like they took off the freezer and gave it to me. Completely disappointed. I will never come back to this place.

Tried to redeem an award using the app and it would not go through. The guy atvthe 1st window told me to go to the 2nd window to see if it will scan, it didn't. I had my app pulled up and the coupon shown as big as day. The lady scanned my app and simply pointed to her screen showing me where it didnt take the coupon. She never said a word, just pointed. I wish these people's worth no customer service skills world find another job if they are soooo unhappy where they are. Won't be back here

As soon as we pulled up and started ordering a young lady was taking my order then all of a sudden a male gets on and says they can no longer take my order bc the system is down this is not the first time! So if the system is down everyone should be leaving going home because no orders can be taken. Will never return!

DISAPPOINTED!!!! WHO ARE THEY FOOLING???This angers me. Stopped 30 minutes ago to grab my grandson and I meals. FOUL: the fries were old AND cold. The bacon burger was stale, dark, brittle and more than a day old! I live just a few minutes away so there’s no reason fries should be cold.
People work hard for their $$$$. GIVE THEM WHAT THEY PAY FOR. You never know if people scraped to pay for their meal. May this place never prosper unless they CHANGE.
