Visiting my sister in Oak Cliff, and stopped to grab a bite, since she's on a health kick. Ordered thru the app, to pick up in the drive-thru. Paid extra for bacon and added extra pickles. Food was FRESH and hot AF, but there was one or 2 pickles, and NO bacon. I was already comfy at her dining table, so I wasn't going back. Staff was VERY friendly, just wish my order had come out correctly. Would recommend for the ease of ordering ahead, and their speed of service, as well as their professionalism and friendliness. Just be sure to check your order before driving off.

Buy one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had At a fast food chain. I come here often and I’m always met with a bad temper. I don’t want to be rude, but I want to be straight to the point. A lot of the managers have even more so bad Tempers than the workers And don’t let it be a situation to where they get your food wrong. If they don’t understand what’s going on, they just simply throw whatever in the bag and they’re not patient at all.
There’s a trend where all of the women have the biggest and worst tempers. It’s like their pride is on the line. I have some old food. I went to return it, and I was met with attitude and a lecture about how I should ask for fresh food next time. Mind you I live in the area. I come here often because it’s only convenient, but the service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced and it’s For the most part A terrible experience

missing food items , gave me a cheese potato why in the hell would I want a cheese potato no bacon no chives no nothing ! horrible bake potato, burger was cold , only thing fresh was the nuggets and fries barely that , they need to do better on the night shift I was the only person in line so my food should of been hot and ready but unfortunately it was not
