The quality of the food was not what it used to be.
Hamburger bun was not fresh even the fountain drink tasted weird.
Fountain drinks start tasting weird when the maintenance of the fountain drink machine is not being cleaned regularly.

I asked for fresh nuggets and I order more than 6 and then when I tried my food
They were not fresh nor well done
she told me that they just dropped 10 mins ago and proceeded to ask if I wanted to refund vs telling me to wait 10 mins while she drop some fresh ones.

I’ll never go back esp if it’s was just as easy as some nugget and I spending almost 20$.

The girl at the window working right know 6/10 @5:50pm the worker I showed her a code because I had some rewards to spend for a salad and I asked for ranch dressing and they didn’t give me that as well and we paid and everything and come to find out she never used them and I paid full price which it’s okay but like she was rushing us as well when we were ordering like if she did want to be at work like come on do you’re job dude.

Manager, please rethink on who you schedule on drive-thru, window duties. The girl with the long, black and blonde braids, long pink nails, was not welcoming today and TOOK MY PHONE OUT OF MY HANDS WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. I understand she just wanted to scan my app, but that’s never happened before at any other Wendy’s location. She was speaking over me as I was ordering and making me feel rushed. I also believe she was on the phone; she had a different ear piece on the opposite ear and I heard her say, “I wasn't talking to you.” as if she was on a different conversation.
She did not hand me my receipt so I didn’t get her name. Nor straws for my kids biggies meals, but I keep extra in the car so I didn’t go back for them.
