Don’t come here! About 15 Minutes ago I went to the restroom. I saw a Wendy’s worker come out of the bathroom and bypassed the sink!!! She rushed out of the bathroom and did NOT wash her hands! I was not standing in the way of her doing so.
I didn’t get a good look at her face but I hope they can get some training in the handwashing department and maybe more!
Oh yeah and I believe she went right behind the counter to serve others.
I hope she washed her hands then.

They messed up my order . I got a refund and they gave me the wrong amount of change back. My meal was $12 in change they gave me $7 back I had to make a fuss just to get my money back.. very poor service

I just got some food here. I ordered a Dave's Triple, and some baconator fries. The patty's tasted like they were sitting in grease, I don't know if you guys make everything fresh to order or you just pre-make them...but yeah, it's not sitting well with my stomach and I only got one slice of cheese on it instead of 3. As for the fries, no seasoning, and the only thing warm-ish was the cheese. I was hoping to get hot, fresh food since I went up there rather than doing uber eats. Those fries were dead as hell. maybe 15 minutes if I had to take a guess on how old they were.
What is happening it used to be good and fresh now my veggies look out dated come on Wendy's get it together ASAP !

I caught them making my food without gloves on! I asked the manager why any gloves weren’t on while making my food. She responded “I didn’t make you food” I responded “The lady behind you did”. They looked at each other and she said no thing and just remade my food. Low ethics at this locations, no telling how often they make food without gloves on. 2/4/25 8:00am order

I have not been to a Wendy's in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy's single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.
Staff explained the menu well.
Food was colorful on the plate.
