Just went in today about 30 minutes ago and was blown away by how great the customer service is! They even gave us super hot and fresh chicken sandwiches they had to warn us they were hot that’s a first for me! Great job great service!

This place is garbage. The staff is clueless and can’t speak English. I got a raw/pink burger last time and this time I got my order wrong and had to ask for my drink, staff didn’t even know what I ordered or if I ordered a drink.

The manager is always super speedy and polite however if you make an online order expect for them to want you to come inside, and wait forever rather than just listening to the name given for the order at the drive thru like it tells you to do.After I left I realized my order was wrong as well. I paid for sour cream and ranch dressing and only received Caesar dressing. Super fun.

If you like Wendy's, then you like Wendy's. It is pretty easy to love this place to be honest. I housed a spicy chicken club, with a large fry and a ten piece spicy nugget(in my opinion the best major chain chicken). Dude at the window was very funny and polite so I liked the service.
