Terrible service. I ordered a mini hot dog, and the first bite was wet and mushy. I realized it wasn’t fully cooked. That can happen, and I was fine with it. I went back to the counter, showed them the issue, and simply asked for a replacement because I still wanted the food.

Then a tall woman completely lost her temper and snapped at me, saying that this is “how their hot dogs are,” and questioning why the cashier would even ask what I wanted — as if I had never eaten a hot dog before. Undercooked is undercooked. Why would the bun be wet and soggy?

They gave me a new one. I didn’t bite into it, but just by looking at it, it seemed slightly better than the first box, yet it was still visibly wet. At that point, I asked for a refund.

If this is your standard of quality, then I have nothing more to say. I used to be a loyal fan of Wetzel’s Pretzels, but not anymore. After yelling at me in front of other customers, this woman even ordered me to throw the undercooked hot dog into the trash myself. Honestly, do it yourself.

No one deserves to be treated this way. You do not get to treat customers like this. If you don’t want to work here, then please quit

If you want to waste your money. Buy from this lady. The hotdog pretzels tasted like dogs vomit. No way close to aunty Anne’s and the lady was super rude asking me to trash it if I don’t like it meanwhile my money was gone.

This Wetzel's Pretzels location at NorthPark is actually pretty good! Typically, I find Wetzel's Pretzels to have horrible customer service, high prices, and subpar food. However, this location pleasantly surprised me. They had the full selection of menu items, and the staff was cool and friendly.

My only complaint was the cheese sauce, which was pretty disgusting. Other than that, it's a solid location with good pretzels and much better service than I've experienced at other branches. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Manager was very rude. Food was under cook. Manager told me you have 10 minutes to bring food back. Very unprofessional. She shouldn't be in charge of anything.

Prices disconnected from reality. $6 for a pretzel. $8 for bites. This is not AT&T stadium. Some baked dough isn’t worth these outlandish prices.

Great service, great pretzels, and better than that other pretzel place that has the initials AA.

I work for the mall so I’m not gonna be mean, I just first food at this store as an employee but, the kid that was ringing me up was so rude and giving me a little bit of a hard time. I appreciate the lady (guessing the manager) was providing good service but, for that kid he needs to learn some manners and treat customers right or don’t work at all?‍♂️?‍♂️
