Poorly managed drive thru service. I placed order, was told to pull forward. There was two lanes, “A” and “B”, however no instructions were provided in which lane to use. After waiting in line 10 min, delivery person came to my window and asked for my order, he looked at his tablet, told me “you in wrong lane, I can’t charge you” then walked away.
