I was very disappointed I ask the manager Fernanda if I can get fresh chicken strips I ordered a 5 piece got home only 2 blocks away and realized these strips were hard as a rock tried to get through one but couldn't get through it immediately contacted the store to try and see what happened got a attitude for no reason so I just got my refund but paying 16 dollars for hard chicken strips can't do it

Wow!!! Mrs. Kathy V took my order in the morning on October 2nd at 9:44am and she was the ABSOLUTE sweetest and efficient Whataburger worker I’ve ever came across! She went above and beyond to meet everybody’s wants and needs and her Aura is beautiful, she put a smile on my face for the rest of the day! So was so so kind, her smile lit up the entire restaurant & I would come back to this particular store just to see her. She needs a raise ! I hope there are employees of the month or year because she most definitely deserves both!!

Once again I ordered a breakfast bowl at this very location multiple times and every time they failed to give me a fork to eat my breakfast bowl with so I'm left to drive almost an hour sometimes to get home and once I get there my food is completely cold and I no longer want it next time it would be nice if I got a utensil to eat my breakfast with pay attention please and give a fork to the customer so that they are able to eat their breakfast thank you
Tried to get my usual breakfast burger and substitute the bun for a jalapeño cheddar biscuit but was told we can't do that. Every whataburger I've ever been to does it. They were out of sprite and charged me for bacon and I didn't get any. Won't go back to this one.

The food here is horrible. Bought a meal, burnt meat, soggy bread, cold soggy fries and to top it off Flat coke. I got The Works. My sister also got the same treatment aside from the flat coke. She got COLD chicken, soggy bread and cold soggy fries. Won’t be coming back here.

I am a frequent customer. I feel so upset. I went to buy my lunch a salad. They didn't give me what I ordered and it wasn't that they were wrong because they gave me just lettuce with a piece of chicken. If they didn't have the complete ingredients, I should let it be known. I understand that at midday they are very busy but they should give the order as it is.
